That's the federal government listing ELMI as her primary name, and "Omar" as the alias!
DOJ is now asking a judge for more time before it responds to press groups all trying to unseal the warrant for her D.C. home.
So if the Registrars of Voters in California are “not equipped or authorized to verify voter citizenship”, then who does verify it?
Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.
So California doesn’t actually tell aliens they can’t vote, despite claiming they follow the law on this?

The CA legislature sent 1200 bills to the Governor to sign?! That’s at least 1000 too many. There’s no way that all these laws are thoughtfully written or even necessary. Our overregulation kills businesses and raises costs for everyone.
Gov. Newsom told me he could have vetoed about 100 more bills than he did this month, acknowledging CALeg passes too many proposed laws.
With 1,200 sent to him this year, he said there aren’t that many problems to fix.
