Should American schools teach the Islamic slave trade alongside the Atlantic trade?
- Steeve Strange
"Two slave trades. School teaches one. The bigger one ran longer, and is not dead yet.
The numbers. The Slave Voyages database counts about 388,000 Africans shipped to the United States, of 12.5 million shipped across the Atlantic. The Islamic trade, across the Sahara, the Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean, took an estimated 17 million Africans from 650 to 1900, per historian Ralph Austen. Some estimates run to 25 million. It ran about 1,300 years, against the Atlantic's 340.
It was crueler in one way they never mention: male slaves castrated in huge numbers, one reason 17 million left so few descendants. America ended slavery in 1865. Saudi Arabia waited until 1962.
Mauritania was last on earth, 1981, and hereditary slavery is still practiced there. In 2014 ISIS enslaved Yazidi women, citing Islamic law.
And it never actually ended. In 2017 CNN filmed open-air slave auctions in Libya, Black migrants sold for as little as 400 dollars a man. The UN's migration agency had reported it: migrants bought and sold in Sabha, held for ransom, forced to work.
The African Union condemned it, the world cared for one news cycle, everyone moved on. Reports say it never stopped. Black people are being bought and sold in a Muslim country in 2026, and the lecturers have nothing to say.
The boy in this photo was enslaved in Zanzibar in the late 1800s, chained to a log as punishment.
Slavery is evil wherever it happened, and America's part is a stain. So why does one trade get a month of curriculum and the other gets silence?
Because the liberals who run the schools and the media have a story to protect. It needs America as the villain, and Islam sold to your kids as a religion of peace. This trade destroys both.
You cannot call it a religion of peace when its trade in human beings ran 1,300 years, took 17 million Africans, castrated the men, enslaved over a million Europeans, and is still selling Black people in Libya today. So they bury it. Slavery is their weapon against America, never their standard. If it were, Libya would lead the news tonight."

The United States appears to be clearing the battlefield for a larger military campaign against the Islamic Republic.
In recent days, American forces have been systematically degrading the regime’s air-defence and missile belt along the Strait of Hormuz.
These are not isolated retaliatory strikes. They constitute a sustained shaping operation against surface-to-air missile batteries, associated radars, anti-ship systems and mobile launchers across Qeshm, Larak, Sirik, Jask and the southern Iranian coast.
President Trump confirmed that American forces recently destroyed a newly constructed Iranian anti-aircraft position on Qeshm Island within approximately five to 15 minutes. Similar explosions have been reported across the area for several consecutive nights.
In military terms, the United States is conducting suppression and destruction of enemy air defences, known as SEAD and DEAD, alongside counter-force operations against missile launchers.
The objective is to prevent the IRGC from rebuilding a coherent defensive and maritime-denial network around the Strait of Hormuz.
American forces are also reportedly expanding their use of decoy drones. These systems are not merely distractions. They are tools for dismantling the enemy’s electronic order of battle.
When a decoy enters defended airspace, Iranian radar operators face a choice. They can remain silent and allow an unidentified aircraft to approach, or activate their systems and attempt an interception.
Once a radar begins transmitting, American intelligence assets can identify its position, operating frequency, detection range, reaction time and engagement procedure. If the battery fires, it expends a scarce interceptor and reveals the location of its launcher.
That information immediately improves the American target bank.
Repeated probes therefore force the regime to choose between remaining blind or exposing its defences to destruction. Each night produces more electronic intelligence, consumes additional Iranian resources and reduces the number of surviving systems available for a future confrontation.
The geography is deliberate.
Qeshm and Larak overlook the shipping lanes through the Strait of Hormuz. Sirik and Jask extend the regime’s surveillance, missile and naval reach into the Gulf of Oman. Systems positioned across this belt can threaten commercial shipping, American aircraft, naval vessels and regional bases.
A larger American campaign against missile-production facilities, IRGC command centres, nuclear-related infrastructure or deeper military targets would require relatively secure approach corridors.
Launching high-volume strike packages while the coastal integrated air-defence system remains intact would unnecessarily expose fighters, bombers, drones and cruise missiles to greater risk. It would also preserve the regime’s ability to retaliate against ships and disrupt the strait.
The current operation is reducing that risk before any decision on broader action is executed.
It is producing three essential military effects:
▪️ Physical degradation: Destroying launchers, radars and air-defence batteries before they can participate in a larger engagement.
▪️ Target development: Forcing surviving systems to reveal their locations and behaviour so they can be struck rapidly later.
▪️ Tempo control: Keeping the IRGC reactive while American tankers, carriers and strike assets maintain the initiative.
The timing is also significant. American restraint during the midterm election period has ended. Limited strikes are now continuing while additional capabilities move into the region and the administration evaluates larger options.
This does not prove that a major campaign has been ordered. Shaping operations can also be used to maintain deterrence and protect maritime movement without proceeding to full escalation.
But the military logic is unmistakable.
The United States is clearing the outer defensive layer, mapping what survives and keeping the southern threat envelope suppressed. If a larger campaign begins, the work required to open its air and maritime corridors is already underway.
🚨BREAKING: American fighters are reportedly operating over Qeshm as explosions and fires erupt across the Islamic Republic’s strategic military corridor from the Strait of Hormuz to Bandar Jask.
Iranian state media have confirmed explosions or explosion-like sounds on Qeshm Island and around Sirik, Jask and Bandar Abbas. Images attributed to Jask show flames and a large column of smoke rising over the area.
Opposition and OSINT channels are reporting American strikes. Iranian outlets have offered incomplete or conflicting explanations, including possible Iranian military activity around the strait. The precise targets and damage remain unclear.
President Trump has confirmed limited American action in the area. He said American forces conducted “minor strikes” and destroyed a recently constructed Iranian air-defence system on Qeshm Island within approximately 15 minutes.
The action reportedly followed Iranian forces threatening or firing at American aircraft operating around the Strait of Hormuz.
Tonight’s activity appears to form part of the same continuing campaign against the regime’s air-defence, surveillance, missile and naval infrastructure along Iran’s southern coast.
Qeshm is Iran’s largest island and occupies a commanding position along the northern side of the Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC can use the island for radar coverage, air-defence batteries, anti-ship missiles and surveillance of commercial shipping and American military movements.
Bandar Jask serves a different but complementary function.
Located on the Gulf of Oman east of the strait, it hosts Iranian naval facilities supporting surface vessels, patrol craft and submarine operations. Its position allows the regime to project power into the Arabian Sea without remaining confined inside the Persian Gulf.
Jask is also the terminus of the approximately 1,000-kilometre Goreh–Jask oil pipeline. The Islamic Republic built it to create an alternative export route capable of bypassing the Strait of Hormuz.
The pipeline has a stated capacity of approximately one million barrels per day, although actual exports through Jask have remained extremely limited. It is not currently a viable replacement for Kharg Island, but its strategic purpose is clear: provide the regime with an external oil outlet if its facilities inside the Persian Gulf become unusable.
Together, Qeshm and Jask form critical points in the regime’s strategy for controlling the strait while protecting its naval and energy infrastructure from confinement within it.
The Islamic Republic has repeatedly claimed that it controls the Strait of Hormuz and can determine who passes through it. American aircraft operating over Qeshm and strikes against air-defence systems directly challenge that claim.
This remains limited kinetic activity rather than a confirmed return to full-scale war. But the geographic pattern is significant. Pressure is being applied simultaneously to the regime’s eyes over the strait, its weapons around the shipping lanes and its naval infrastructure beyond them.
The Islamic Republic built Qeshm to watch the strait and Jask to bypass it. Both are now inside the American target envelope.

The United States is building a land blockade around Iran to close the regime’s last supply routes and complete its economic strangulation.
CENTCOM has established Task Force Iron Gate to extend the existing naval blockade to Iran’s land borders and Caspian Sea routes.
The task force was ordered by CENTCOM commander Admiral Brad Cooper on November 7. It consists of approximately 20 civilian and military personnel based in Tampa who will coordinate with the Treasury, State Department, intelligence agencies and other American institutions.
This is not a physical blockade involving American soldiers stationed along Iran’s borders. Iran has nearly 5,900 kilometres of land frontiers shared with seven countries, plus approximately 740 kilometres of Caspian coastline. Physically sealing that territory would be impossible.
Iron Gate will instead use intelligence, satellite monitoring, financial tracking, sanctions and diplomatic pressure to disrupt the movement of weapons, dual-use technologies, sanctioned materials and illicit revenue.
The task force is the next layer of the economic siege already being enforced at sea.
CENTCOM says the naval blockade has prevented the Islamic Republic from exporting more than $25 billion in crude oil. Enforcement continues against vessels entering or leaving Iranian ports, while humanitarian shipments remain exempt.
That blockade attacked the regime’s principal source of hard currency. Iron Gate targets the routes it began using to survive and rebuild.
A Reuters investigation uncovered a covert network of more than 5,000 entities connected to Iran’s Defence Ministry. Since January 2025, the network imported at least $2 billion in explosives, rocket-fuel ingredients, titanium, precision machinery, aircraft components and heavy trucks capable of supporting missile operations.
These supplies entered through several remaining corridors:
▪️ Russian-linked shipping across the Caspian Sea.
▪️ Truck routes through Iraq, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Azerbaijan.
▪️ Air-cargo routes originating largely from China.
Those imports allowed the Islamic Republic to replenish missile and drone inventories while American and Israeli strikes damaged its production facilities.
Iron Gate is designed to make that military recovery slower, more expensive and less reliable.
The operation could target trucking companies, shipping networks, banks, front companies and foreign intermediaries. Neighbouring governments may face sanctions or political pressure if their territory continues functioning as a supply corridor for the regime.
Recent American pressure on Iraq to close all but two crossings with Iran demonstrates how the system could work. The United States does not require checkpoints on every road. It can pressure neighbouring governments to tighten borders, freeze payments and block the companies transporting sanctioned goods.
The Caspian Sea will be the hardest route to restrict because it directly implicates Russia. Russian shipping and ports offer the regime a northern corridor that cannot be closed easily without confronting Moscow’s willingness to facilitate Iranian military procurement.
The Islamic Republic will respond through shell companies, forged documents, bribery, covert flights and smuggling. Its borders are too extensive to seal completely.
But complete closure is unnecessary. Every delayed shipment, sanctioned intermediary and restricted crossing raises the cost of rebuilding the regime’s military.
The naval blockade deprives the Islamic Republic of revenue. Iron Gate targets what it can import with the money that remains.
The objective is full-spectrum economic and military pressure without a ground invasion: deny the regime the oil revenue needed to finance terrorism and proxies, then deny it the materials required to rebuild its missiles, drones and weapons factories.
The Islamic Republic survived the naval blockade by shifting its supply network inland. The United States is now moving to close the escape routes.
ISLAMIZED AMERICA – BUYING SEX IN ALLAH’S NAME!
For years, I have been reporting on imams pimping women for temporary sex in Sweden. Now the same thing is happening in America, and Texas just gave imams official marriage power.
We do not understand this enemy taking over America.
Swedish state television even caught Shia imams arranging temporary “pleasure marriages”- short-term contracts that could last hours - so men could pay women for sex. The imams took a cut.
Police called it pimping and human trafficking.
Vulnerable women were used, then discarded. Men cheated on their real wives under a "religious" cover. This same so-called "religious" cover is what is conquering our nation!
I have been screaming about this for years: imams acting as "religious" pimps, temporary sex contracts dressed up as marriage, the same pattern imported from Islamic countries and defended with Islamic scripture.
They did this same thing in the UK with the Islamic grooming gangs!
Now the exact same mindset is being discussed openly in the United States.
Yaqeen Institute - Jihadi Imam Omar Suleiman’s outfit - just ran a segment admitting there is a “rise in secret marriages.”
The defense some men give? “I got her consent and two witnesses - what’s the problem?”
Hide it from your first wife and family. Check the "religious" boxes. Deception is fine.
One scholar compared it to doing Hajj with stolen money: legally “valid” on paper, still wrong and sinful.
This is temporary prostitution and concealed extra wives sold as "religious" marriage. Men get to cheat. Women get used.
Imams facilitate it and get paid. Allahu Akbar!
While this is happening, Texas is expanding imams’ official power.
HB 1044 explicitly added “Muslim imam” to the list of people authorized to conduct marriage ceremonies under state law.
We are handing more legal recognition and authority to the same institutions while parallel Islamic practices - temporary sex contracts and hidden second wives - are being normalized inside these mini Islamic states or what the media calls their "religious" communities.
This is the same pattern I have reported on for years across Europe. Parallel Islamic systems are imported, then defended with "religious" language.
One set of rules for the public, another behind closed doors where women lose and the imam gets paid.
Politicians on both sides stay silent because they want the vote.
Democrats chase the bloc. Republicans get sold the “shared values” line while ignoring classical rulings on polygyny, temporary contracts, and all other related matters.
Do we understand yet that America is not immune?
Islamic communities are already doing it. The institutions are discussing it. Texas is formalizing more authority for the facilitators.
I’ve been sounding the alarm on this exact setup for years and years...
We do not understand this enemy taking over America.
Get engaged. Register your churches to vote so we can STOP letting Republican politicians pander to Islam.
This is already here. We are being taken over America!
Islamic Sweden:
Buying Sex in Allah's Name 'Pleasure Marriages': Imams Caught Pimping Vulnerable Girls in Sweden
Muslim men wanting sex pay an Imam to perform a “pleasure marriage” between himself & a child or woman in return for a cut of the fee.
Authorities claimed to have been "shocked" to learn Imams are pimping “vulnerable women” to Muslim men.
Yet, these egregious exploitative practices are commonplace among third-world Islamic cultures and are now a systemic problem in Sweden and other Western nations.

Much has been said about the chilling timing of the planned boycott of Jewish-owned businesses in Philadelphia, on the eve of the anniversary of Kristallnacht. And rightly so. The parallels with Nazi boycotts of Jewish businesses in the 1930s are deeply disturbing.
But something equally significant is being overlooked: Philadelphia itself.
Philadelphia is not just another American city.
It is where the Declaration of Independence was adopted in 1776, where the U.S. Constitution was drafted in 1787, and where the foundations were laid for the Bill of Rights, guaranteeing fundamental freedoms to everyone, regardless of religion or belief, including freedom of religion, speech, and assembly.
It is also home to the Liberty Bell, which bears the biblical inscription: “Proclaim Liberty Throughout All the Land Unto All the Inhabitants Thereof.”
ALL its inhabitants. Not just those holding the politically acceptable opinions.
And yet, in the very city that symbolizes the birth of American liberty, protesters are planning to boycott businesses because of their owners' Jewish or Zionist identity.
What a grotesque historical irony.
In the city where the foundations of American freedom and equality were laid, some are attempting to revive one of the darkest symbols of European antisemitism.
And all this on the eve of Kristallnacht's anniversary.
The Liberty Bell still stands in Philadelphia. The question is whether those who claim to champion human rights still remember for whom it was meant to ring.
Because freedom that excludes Jews is not freedom.
It is hypocrisy disguised as justice.

Didn't know this about Babe Ruth
The greatest are always questioned. But we can say that when it came to including all people “the Great” Babe Ruth led during his era when it was not popular to share with those of different color. It was never credited to him. He barnstormed with many of the great black baseball teams playing games against them in different towns to show how many of the black baseball teams were just as good or better than those of the all white teams that existed in the Major leagues. for so long. Things like this should be noted because it adds to all of us and that’s what His (the man from above) idea was meant for us to understand. That, I’ll say added to our society. This was a characteristic of the Great Home Run hitter Babe Ruth. That I believe should be noted.
Yes he was a difference maker with his abilities to influence for the better of all. Now that’s a difference maker

Wrong question.
"Will Islam take over America by 2050?" Grok pulls up the Pew numbers, everyone nods, debate closed. But nobody serious is worried about a sharia takeover. The real question is simpler and far more uncomfortable: does it actually work to put two cultures with very different ways of life in the same place, at scale, and hope it sorts itself out?
Good timing, I'm French. We've been running that experiment for 40 years. Here's how it went.
Starting in the 80s, the French left turned immigration from a practical question into a moral one. SOS Racisme, "Touche pas à mon pote", concerts, badges. The message was clear: if you ask whether integration is actually working, you're a racist. End of conversation. The right was too scared to push back, so it went along. Meanwhile entire neighborhoods were built, filled, and left to themselves. In 2011 a think tank close to the Socialist Party openly advised the left to stop chasing the working class and build its majority on minorities and graduates instead. Immigration stopped being a policy. It became an electoral strategy.
Where we are now: the 2005 riots. 2015, Charlie Hebdo and the Bataclan. Samuel Paty, a history teacher beheaded in 2020 for showing a cartoon in a class on free speech. Dominique Bernard, a teacher stabbed to death in his own school in 2023. Teachers who self-censor. Neighborhoods where police go in with caution. Whole parts of the country where the Republic exists mostly on paper.
And this isn't a far-right talking point. Gérard Collomb, longtime Socialist mayor of Lyon and Macron's Interior Minister, a man who read the police notes every single morning, said this the day he left office in 2018: "Today we live side by side. I fear that tomorrow we will live face to face."
That's the real subject. Not a takeover. A slow erosion. Trust between neighbors. Schools that can teach everything. Police that can enter every street. People willing to pay taxes for strangers because they feel those strangers are part of the same "us". That's what makes a country work, and it's exactly what dissolves, one neighborhood at a time, when you stack communities next to each other with no shared norms and forbid anyone from saying so.
Second case: the UK.
Rotherham. At least 1,400 children sexually exploited between 1997 and 2013 according to the official Jay report, overwhelmingly by gangs of men of Pakistani heritage. Then Rochdale, Oldham, Telford, Bradford. And the worst part isn't even the crimes. It's that police, social workers and councils knew, and looked away, partly because they were terrified of being called racist. Girls of 12 and 13 were treated as if they were making "lifestyle choices". It took until 2025 for a national audit to say it plainly, and until 2026 for a full national inquiry to open. Decades late. Hundreds of recommendations ignored.
Same mechanism as France. A taboo that protects an ideology, and real people who pay the price.
So here's my question to everyone still defending this model: why? Why absolutely insist on forcing this project when every time it's been run at scale, it produced chaos? Chaos for the natives who watch their country change under their feet and get called bigots for noticing. And chaos for immigrants and their kids, stuck in ghettos, pulled between two worlds, the majority who just want a normal life lumped in with the worst. Nobody wins. Except the people who get to feel morally superior from neighborhoods where none of this ever happens.
America still has time to have this conversation honestly. Europe waited 40 years. Don't.
