JJ is not Dart. Singletary is no Cam. We need the boys to figure this out.

I still think the trade for JJ was a great move. I think he is a MUCH better fit for this offense than Jameis. But this is why the JJ over Dart conversations based off 5 Quarters of play was so insanely premature. Dart has us winning this game right now.

Acquiring Tino Martinez was a huge piece of the Torre Dynasty. He came in, filled Mattinglyโ€™s shoes, and led the team in HR and RBI across his first stint there. Here he is shitting on present-day Yankees culture. The energy just isnโ€™t there!
In December of 1995, the Yankees acquired Tino Martinez from Seattle and made him the successor to Don Mattingly, one of the most beloved figures in franchise history. You know the rest: Tino led the Torre dynasty in home runs and won 4 rings in 5 years.

Absolutely love that the Giants stuck to their guns here. Very solid offer and if the Colts donโ€™t want to trade a declining asset, you can keep him.
The #Giants offered the #Colts a 2nd- and 5th-round pick for RB Jonathan Taylor, but that offer has since been pulled, per @JayGlazer.

Colts are idiots for not accepting that. Especially considering their current draft pick situation.
Sources: The belief around the NFL is that the #Colts will likely end up keeping RB Jonathan Taylor unless they receive an offer too good to turn down. The #Giants were the only team to offer a 2nd-round pick plus additional compensation to this point. With multiple years left on Taylorโ€™s contract, Indianapolis doesnโ€™t have to rush a deal and can revisit trade talks in the offseason when more buyers could emerge.

The middle class is the new lower class. Upper class (>$300k/yr) can live nicely Lower class (<$70k/yr) gets everything for free Middle class ($70k-$300k/yr) pays taxes, nothing is free, gets no benefits, and is forced to live among the lower class.

Veterans donโ€™t give a shit if you like us. We spent years getting screamed at, sleeping in holes, eating shit out of plastic bags, and getting shot at by people who REALLY didnโ€™t like us. You think your nasty little comment is going to hurt our feelings? General Cockwombles, weโ€™ve been hated by professionals. Get in line, twatwaffle. Take a number. Your opinion didnโ€™t make the packing list. And we still donโ€™t give a shit.
