“Marketing is relationships!” Love the quote from @KitagawaMitch as we sat on a panel together for the @uOttawa Business of Law course. A pleasure to speak to undergraduate students this week from the Big Law perspective

Here’s a photo of @b_maclean and Summer McIntosh at 2016 Olympic trials.
Britt would go onto win a relay bronze at Rio Games as 9-year-old Summer watched from Canada.
Last night 17-year-old Summer beat Britt’s 10-year 800m national record. Inspiring stuff. Dream big.

Not only beating one of the greatest of all time, Katie Ledecky but beating the Canadian record by 9 seconds in 800 free going 8:11.39.
Strong week for @DentonsCanada Ottawa municipal team - with @AliceMihailescu winning a motion and leading strong evidence and @KDuquette8 doing it all for the group while Alice and I are in hearing

NATIONAL RECORD BY ALMOST 10
SECONDS

That time would have won gold at the Tokyo Olympics. Reaction by @b_maclean who held the Canadian 800m record for 10 years.

Katie Ledecky had not lost the 800m free in 13 years.
She just lost to Summer McIntosh.
By six seconds.
