Sobre memoria... $MU
Replying to @jukan05
If you asked me where I stand on memory right now… honestly, I’d have a hard time giving you a clear answer.... I want memory stocks to do well. I’d love to see them hit new highs and keep climbing. But after this trip to Shanghai… I just don’t have the conviction anymore.

Nunca me pongo bajista.

BREAKING: Berkshire Hathaway more than doubled its stock buybacks in Q3 2026, repurchasing $9.6 billion of its own shares. This brings total buybacks in 2026 to $14.4 billion, marking a sharp reversal after the company paused repurchases for nearly 22 months. Berkshire also revealed that it has been a net buyer of stocks in 2026, with net purchases hitting +$11.2 billion YTD. This compares to net stock sales of -$10.6 billion over the same period in 2025. Berkshire is deploying capital again.

SOME PERSONAL THOUGHTS AHEAD OF WEEKEND I wanted to share a few thoughts heading into the weekend because at least for me this has been one of most mentally exhausting stretches I've experienced investing in growth stocks. And honestly one of the things I've found most difficult has very little to do with market itself since it's how much mental real estate I apparently occupy in the minds of certain "gurus" on this platform whom I've never met, followed or even spoken to. I started sharing my thoughts on X back in 2023 simply because I genuinely love investing and wanted somewhere to talk about market, share my research and connect with people who enjoyed it as much as I did and I never imagined that would turn into an account reaching 100 million impressions every month or that I'd eventually find myself appearing on national television every week. I'm incredibly grateful because this platform accelerated my career at a relatively young age and opened doors that otherwise might have taken me many more years to reach but I'd be lying if I said spotlight wasn't intense since the larger my audience becomes and more visible I am the more I've realized that success also seems to attract resentment from people I've never interacted with or affected in any way possible. Daniel has a phrase for this that I think captures it perfectly because "hating up" is absolutely real especially online where people seem more comfortable attacking someone who has become visible than examining why that person's success bothers them in the first place. Like I've had people accuse me of taking an investment idea from them despite fact that I don't follow them and have never even seen their work while others take a disagreement over a particular thesis and turn it into a personal judgment about whether I know anything about investing. What I find especially strange is that some of these individuals are in their 40s and 50s have been doing this for decades and still seem determined to tear down a 33 year old who is simply willing to publish his research, explain what he believes and put his own money behind those convictions (I've never asked anyone to agree with me or suggested that my way of investing is the only way to succeed). And I think that last part is important because I do all of this under my real name and face, publicly disclose what I own through my subs service, share my position sizes and actual dollars I've invested and expose myself to scrutiny over every good decision and every mistake along the way. There's absolutely nothing wrong with choosing to remain anonymous and I respect anyone who prefers to operate that way but theres just a different level of personal accountability when people know exactly who you are and watch you explain your thesis on camera and follow your positions in real time and wait for first opportunity to use a bad outcome against you... just remember being wrong privately costs you money but being wrong publicly can also cost you reputation, confidence and peace of mind which is something I don't think people fully appreciate until they've experienced it themselves. None of this is to suggest that criticism should be off limits because disagreement is a huge part of investing but what I truly struggle to understand is why disagreement so often has to become personal... especially during periods like this when so many people are already dealing with painful drawdowns and questioning decisions they made with the best information available to them. Markets eventually humble every single one of us regardless of how experienced we are or how much success we've had and anyone who stays in this long enough will eventually experience a thesis that breaks or a position they sized too aggressively or a drawdown that exposes a weakness in their process or a decision they wish they could take back so that's why I think showing people grace matters so much because you never know when you'll find yourself on the other side of that experience hoping others will extend you the same understanding. And also just remember it cost absolutely nothing to root for people, respect the work they're putting in and recognize that someone can be wrong about an investment without deserving to be ridiculed for it and I genuinely wish more people on this platform understood that being publicly wrong doesn't erase courage it takes to stand behind your own convictions in the first place. And to the people who've made rooting against me a hobby I genuinely hope you find the same energy for your own work that you've found for mine because if you're spending more time waiting for someone else to fail than building something of your own then maybe my portfolio isn't what needs your attention. I'll be here next week, same name, same face, same conviction.
