Perforated sheet doesn’t always come out of the process flat... Our levelling machines remove that distortion, helping components fit properly & ensure the perforation pattern performs as it should, whether it’s being used for ventilation, filtration or something else entirely.

As you can imagine, this week so far has consisted of #perforations & you guessed it, perforations! We've seen a real mix of projects coming through recently, from perforated grilles for automotive use to filtration panels & microwave door blanks - no two days are ever the same.

When you punch patterns into metal, the material naturally moves and distorts. If that isn’t corrected, it can cause problems further down the line. That's why we carefully level sheets after perforation to bring them back into tolerance, keeping everything precise.

The majority of the material we perforate is metal, including aluminium, which can be recycled and used again. We also recycle wherever possible, dispose of hazardous waste responsibly and continually look for ways to reduce packaging, waste and energy use across our operations.

Cleanliness can matter just as much as the perforation itself. Oils and grease left behind during manufacturing can cause problems further down the line. That's why we offer degreasing, making sure your perforated sheet is clean and ready for whatever comes next.
