Hey @Delta, this is beyond unacceptable. They took a musician's instrument from her saying it would go in the closet, and then gate checked it under the plane in -7 degree weather without her knowledge or consent, and then LOST IT and have given her no information after SIX DAYS. xitter.gq/jenngrinels/status/951…
