Why arbLUNA, you ask. Following @Migalunatic's advice, we converted LUNA to arbLUNA. arbLUNA currently yields ~44% APR and has been elevated for months, suggesting the high yield will continue. The high yield means we are accumulating more LUNA with time, and hence more votes for the BBL pools. Win - Win - Win. arbLUNA also benefits bLUNA by maintaining its peg to LUNA in LUNA - bLUNA LP.
