Right now, the Sun is carrying Earth and every planet around the center of the Milky Way at 230 km/s (828,000 km/h), more than 18,000 kilometers every 80 seconds.
Because the Solar System is tilted 60.2° to the galactic plane and bobs up and down through the galactic disc roughly every 30 million years, the planets trace open 3D corkscrew helices across deep space rather than flat loops.
The last time the Sun stood where it stands today, one Galactic Year (230 million years) ago, the very first dinosaurs were only beginning to appear on Earth. Since forming 4.6 billion years ago, our Sun has completed only 20 laps.

This whole story is incredible. I wish the world was more like this. An annoying “influencer” was doing his round trying to rage bait people in a grocery store… the poor man he was trying to rage bait clearly was at his breaking point and unleashed on the annoying influencer.
You feel his pain talking about how he has 4 kids to go home to and has had long hard days at work. His frustration stemmed he had to work all these hours away from his kids while this rage baiting loser gets to post reactions and make thousands.
It’s a sick world we live in but also a great one. Now there’s a go fund me supporting this guy while that influencer gets humiliated.
As someone who gets paid for doing pet content on my social medias… I personally think we should take social media back to the old days. Incentivizing people with money to get as much engagement as possible is turning a lot of people into people who don’t view other people as humans but as a way to use and monetize off them.
I have a soft spot for that pizza guy. My dad was a single father who raised 3 kids on his own. He never got any free time to himself and sacrificed so much for us. So much respect for the pizza guy. Leave people alone. Let them shop in peace.
Finally got Midnight variants in that I’ve been waiting on. LOVE the @jeehyunglee and @peachmomoko60 covers, but the horror homages rock too!
Also grabbed a copy of Uncanny 159 where Storm gets bitten by Drac in 616. Betting the X-Men timeline spins off from that point.

Good or bad, you are the target audience.
And when someone targets your interests, you should encourage them to continue to do so with your money (as long as its made with love, and the SF movie clearly is).
So happy, was able to secure the amazing Puppeteer Lee variant for Black Cat #15 on eBay for a great price and man it’s a beauty.
