FEMA’s Administrator is paid under a salary structure established by US federal law. NaRRA’s CEO compensation was determined through a separate job evaluation and international benchmarking process, taking into account the responsibilities of the position.
By this logic, we could simply convert the salaries of public officials anywhere in the world into Jamaican dollars and declare them the benchmark for what our executives should earn.

I'll raise u one better. In 2016 a 7 seater red plate taxi was leased for 15k per day/6days a week. Thats what the driver paid the owner... not what he collected overall... if u were an owner operator, u collected a little over twice that on some routes. A Coaster bus was leased for 30k per day.
My deep dive into additional sources of income then.. made me come to the conclusion that I would never slave away at another 9-5. If unuh eva kno how much a pot a soup pon the roadside rake in a day time. A lot of u mite not be willing to go set up a jerk pan or stand up a roadside sell soup but meee? Me cya drop pon my face a Jamaica.
