On this day—November 8, 1956
Fedayeen terrorists from Jordan crossed into northern and central Israel and opened fire on a train, attacked civilian cars, and blew up wells. Six Israelis were wounded.
This was one of many such attacks in a sustained campaign of cross-border raids that targeted Israeli civilians and civilian infrastructure. The same networks, backed from Egypt and Jordan, had already murdered and maimed hundreds of Israelis in the years before.
Jordan had annexed the “West Bank” and the Old City, but the attacks never stopped because the goal was always the whole of Israel in Arab hands.

On this day—November 8, 1942
American and British forces landed in Algeria and stopped Vichy France from handing 117,000 Jews to the Nazis.
Local Algerian-Jewish resistance was a key ingredient. Of the 377 who took the radio station, police headquarters, and government buildings overnight, 315 were Jews. They paralyzed Vichy command so American and British troops could land with far less resistance.
The combined attack closed the door on further roundups of Algeria’s Jews.
The same week, the British halted Rommel at El Alamein in Egypt, and stopped the Holocaust from reaching the roughly 600,000 Jews of Mandatory Palestine.
Today, there are no Jews left in Algeria; but it was not the Nazis or Vichy France that made the country Judenrein. Two decades later, attacks by the local Arab community, and a Muslim-exclusive independence movement, forced the ancient Algerian Jewish community to flee.

If criticism of islam cannot happen in a muslim-majority country because of blasphemy and criticism of islam cannot happen in a muslim-minority country because of “islamophobia”, then where should criticism of islam happen?
Everywhere and at any time.
Criticism of Islam, often labelled “Islamophobia”, is not inherently racist, any more than criticism of communism or fascism is. Islam is a religion and a system of ideas, not a race.
More than a century ago, Robert Green Ingersoll captured the problem beautifully:
"Blasphemy is the word that the majority hisses into the ear of the few.
Blasphemy is what an old mistake says of a newly discovered truth.
Blasphemy is what a withered last year's leaf says to this year's bud.
Blasphemy is the bulwark of religious prejudice.
Blasphemy is the breastplate of the heartless."
In a civilized society, no belief or idea, whether religious, political, or philosophical, should enjoy special privileges or exemption from scrutiny. No claim about reality should be placed beyond the reach of evidence.

A muslim medical student at University of Michigan was caught by the FBI plotting to poison and torture Jewish faculty, and talked about plowing his car into the home of a Jewish university official to kill him and his kids.
He was caught with Hamas and jihadist propaganda, beheading videos, and texts pledging to 'go militant' because of how much he hates it in America.
He was arrested by the feds. He was promptly released by an Obama judge.
Now he teaches 5th grade at an Islamic private school in Milwaukee.
This is what the left has delivered to our country. This is a typical Abdul El Sayed/Zohran Mamdani constituent. This is what they breed and a look at their endgame.
There is no political solution with these people.

Ahmet Körkaya is one of 12 University of Michigan students arrested by the FBI this past spring, and is currently facing charges for plotting to “kill, torture, and torment” university officials who refused to divest from Israel.
He was released on bail and has now landed a job as a 5th grade TEACHER and soccer coach at Salam School, a private K–12 operated by the Islamic Society of Milwaukee.

This Turkish-born terror-supporter and former medical student faces 10 to 15 years in federal prison for leading a two-year campaign of violence, intimidation, death threats, and vandalism.
This past week, one of Obama’s commie/jihadist-loving judges, Judith Levy (go figure), decided to remove his ankle monitor because it hinders his sex life and his young students are confused about why he’s wearing one.
Here’s what Judge Judith Levy unleashed on society:
Ahmet Körkaya discussed with another student about how he was going to plow his car through the front of a Jewish university official’s home while the official’s children were inside.
He told another student that he wanted to poison a Jewish university board regent for her refusal to divest from Israel:
“I’m gonna be the dirtiest fucking doctor ever. I’m gonna poison her slowly.”
The FBI found jihadist literature, Hamas propaganda, and artwork depicting beheadings in Körkaya’s home.
In text messages to his comrades, Körkaya said he believed bombings were in his “true nature” and went on to declare that he was “going to go militant because I hate it here.”
This is what we’re up against, patriots. A two-front war: the terrorists and the judges who unleash them.
The FBI needs to be all over this. Again. FAST.
