Look at how Instagram influencers spread propaganda.
A recent video by this influencer, Archana Pandit, about the alleged Chinese occupation of Arunachal Pradesh has already garnered 1.5 million views. Now, she is producing more videos on the same topic, apparently capitalising on the engagement.
However, the footage used in her videos has absolutely nothing to do with Arunachal Pradesh.
First clip: The footage presented as Chinese personnel assaulting residents of Arunachal Pradesh is actually from Hamid Karzai International Airport in Afghanistan, in 2021. It shows the chaos surrounding the withdrawal of US forces and the evacuation of civilians following the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan.
Second clip: The footage presented as residents of Arunachal Pradesh fleeing their homes is actually from Peru, a country in South America.
Third clip: The footage portrayed as a protest by people of Arunachal Pradesh against China actually shows Tibetans protesting against the Chinese occupation of Tibet.
Fourth clip: The footage shows an unrelated military movement, with no established connection to Arunachal Pradesh or the claims being made in the video.
This is how misleading narratives are manufactured. Meanwhile, the government's response remains largely limited to banning posts and blocking accounts in India. Even these restrictions are often temporary, with most accounts being unblocked in India within a few days. There seems to be little lasting accountability for those who repeatedly spread misinformation and manipulate public sentiment.

Seems like "manufactured food crisis" is already coming to the EU. Japan has now asked everyone to prepare by stocking up food & water.
Whichever DS is doing this, hope they rot in hell. Destroying food and making people starve for "winning" geopolitics is the worst crime ever.
India needs to increase buffer stocks of essential food, improve security against sabotage and smuggling.
Because, sometime between 2027-28, I believe the world is going to start facing a manufactured food crisis.
India has already done a tremendous work in improving food security in recent years - in production, storage, and strengthening the FCI.
But food is going to become the next oil by 2027-28. Hence higher preparation in storage, security, export controls, and preventing smuggling (due to very high prices paid abroad) is required.

यह आने वाला भीषण युद्ध कितना खतरनाक होगा, इस बात की पूरी जानकारी ईरान को भी पहले से है। ईरान भी इस जंग के लिए अपनी पूरी तैयारी के साथ बैठा हुआ है। ईरान तो यह चाहता है कि अमेरिका और इज़राइल सिर्फ हवाई हमलों या एयर स्ट्राइक तक सीमित न रहें, बल्कि ज़मीन पर भी अपने सैनिकों को उतारे (Boots on the Ground)। ईरान इसके लिए पूरी तरह तैयार बैठा है और उसे अच्छी तरह पता है कि अमेरिका और इज़राइल के सैनिकों को उसकी ज़मीन पर किस तरह से नेस्तनाबूद करना है। अब चुनाव की औपचारिकता पूरी होते ही यह युद्ध अपने सबसे खतरनाक और भीषण चरण में प्रवेश करेगा।
