Today, 500 African American and African Christian leaders arrived in Israel as part of the "Unfinished Business" pilgrimage, an initiative created and led by the BCLCIR.
Their vision was to fulfill Dr. King’s dream of bringing African American pastors on a pilgrimage and solidarity trip to the Holy Land.
It was a journey MLK planned in 1967, but never got to make.
At a time when it proves most costly, these brave leaders came to see Israel for themselves, led by their faith, a deep commitment to the truth, and in service of Black - Jewish community building, a special tradition built by generations of solidarity.
As part of their trip, they also honored Israelis whose lives were forever changed by October 7 and by antisemitism, including Elkana Bohbot, who survived 738 days in Hamas captivity.

Stephen Miller was originally radicalized by Rush Limbaugh at 14 years old and has only become more extreme since. He's the most dangerous person in this administration because, unlike Trump, who has no real ideology beyond narcissism and money, Miller holds strongly held ideological convictions akin to those of Hitler.
In Trump 1.0, he was the architect of the family separation project, the zero tolerance policy that separated roughly 3,000 children from their parents. After Homeland Security officials warned against it due to a lack of resources and the risk children getting lost in the system, Miller overrode objections and demanded the policy be implemented anyway, claiming that failure to do so would mean “the end of our country as we know it.”
