.@AbdulElSayed: RFK Jr. didn't bother to show up when 8,000 people were infected by the shit lettuce. But he wants to come here and lecture you about electing an Arab-American to the US Senate. Here's the funny thing. My guy has zero doctorates. I got 2 of 'em. This is what happens when you DOGE the part of government that is supposed to protect you from the lettuce that has been shat upon. We all suffered the consequences.

🚨 BREAKING: A Kentucky Court of Appeals judge has denied the NCAA’s request to immediately pause a temporary injunction allowing Seth Trimble, L.J. Wells and other athletes to compete this season.
The ruling means the Oct. 16 order remains in effect while the NCAA’s broader appeal moves forward. For Louisville, Trimble and Wells remain eligible to play for now, giving the Cardinals access to both players as the season gets underway. But the case is still active, and their eligibility could change if the court rules differently later.
The NCAA argues that allowing athletes to compete while the appeal is pending could create consequences that cannot be reversed. The athletes’ side has argued that every missed game is an opportunity they cannot get back. For now, the emergency request has been denied, and the temporary injunction stands.
The legal fight continues, with direct implications for Louisville’s roster and the two Cardinals’ seasons.

Bill Hemmer "at the moment, republicans have the slimmest of majorities, all right? they're at 219, democrats are at 214. we'll see by wednesday how these numbers change and by how much. in the meantime, what a lot of them are trying to do in the off-season, let's call it, in the off-season, they were trying to make up the district lines in various states. republicans in california and utah battle back against democrats, texas, louisiana, florida. so these nine states, as you see right here, redrew their lines to try and help the party in power. let's go ahead and take, let's take a few for example here. look at florida from two years ago in 2024. this is how the election turned out, all right? you had 20 republicans, eight democrats, right? especially around the area of orlando in the center part of the state and in the southern part of the state. see all that blue? that's what republicans are trying to change, so this is the goal now in 2026 for republicans and what they're trying to accomplish. they think they can drive this number up to 24, all right? we're going to see whether that happens, but you see that center part of florida and the southern part, that blue disappears, all right? so that's the goal in florida and we'll see how they do. now clear this off and we'll go to the state of texas, all right? very interesting from two years ago, republicans 25, democrats 13, so that's 2x in the lone star state. so they redrew the lines also, republicans did in texas, and i'll show you in 2026 what the goal is now in texas specifically. 30 they thought, all right? a gain of five. will they get that? we don't know, but you look at the southern part of the state, the rio grande valley, it was blue. they're trying to make it red for good and we'll see whether or not that's the case. republicans are not the only ones doing this. we'll clear this off and take you out to california, and california is a blue state, all right? two years ago you had 43 democrats, you had nine republicans, especially the northern part of california. watch this and we'll take you to 2026, and this is the goal of the democrats now. this year they think they can drive that number to 48, which would give them five additional seats and leave only four republicans representing the golden state, especially in the northern tier of california. that's where they think they can make gains there. does this work out the way the parties have planned? we don't know. have you redrawn the lines in a way where you scattered your voters in different parts of the state where you're less impactful? we don't know, but both parties are at it right now. we'll see the effect, martha, on tuesday night, specifically in three of the biggest states in the country."
Martha "it's so interesting, bill, looking at that, because basically these redistricting attempts, they were an attempt to freeze where things were in 2024 and concentrate the lines around it. but if voter sentiment is moving, then you might actually create a district that is not favorable to you. and james blair has overseen a lot of this operation, and when they tried to redraw texas and pick up five seats, you saw exactly what you just showed us in california, where they tried to pick up five seats. so it's going to be really interesting to see if this works."
Bill Hemmer "i'll give you one example in the demographics. just look at this now. hispanic voters in 2024. this is what we found. trump's support in 2024 among hispanics, 43 percent. it was, and our polling from october, dropping down to 31, which is a 12 point difference. and now you go back to texas. and we'll be looking at this late in the evening on tuesday night. you see the southern part of the state, rio grande valley. these are hispanic voters who crossed over from the democratic party and supported republicans and gave donald trump a big boost in 2024. and not just in texas, places like florida, we saw it as well. so we'll be keying in on these areas of the country and see whether or not the support is still there for the red team, shall we say."
Martha "i mean, it's interesting. just real quick, what we're learning in the polling on issues is that for hispanic voters, although you hear from some camps that it's all about immigration, but they're saying no, it's actually about the economy for them. so we'll see how that pans out. and if that's the case, those voters are there. they're on the blocks, right?"
Bill Hemmer "absolutely. i want to say they're up for sale, but they want to go where the economy is going to help them and their family and their livelihood."
Martha "yeah. i mean, we've got a pretty fired up gdp. so we'll see what they decide in the last days and minutes as they really look at what's going on out here."

Two years ago, Vivek Ramaswamy was giving soaring post-partisan rhetoric.
Now he’s a trailer trash politician going after something that happened to a woman 30 years ago.
Here’s what happens to people in that world: they become liars and then they do really stupid things against their own principles just to try to win.
I hope he gets trounced in the election.
