I am of the opinion that soon enough AI will tell the truth, and then even if the truth is against most people's self interest, the truth will prevail. AI is a huge unequalizer of wealth, but a great equalizer of truth.

137.035999189566, close to the measured inverse fine-structure constant, but its identification is a conjecture, presently about 0.6 sigma from CODATA 2022 values.
Mine is precision, with the model recovered to 5.17σ, the predictions exist, the empirical research exists.
Yet I haven't had the excitement you shared from any quarter, odd that, and yes its for real.

finally!
Massive. New Harvard study finds that AI-written paper reviews now beat the best human peer reviews on every measure the authors tested.
Peer review is slow and often misses errors. Earlier studies concluded AI should only assist human reviewers, not replace them.
They used 134 reviews from rapidPeer, a Harvard service that pays expert reviewers well. Claude Opus 4.8 reviewed the same 1124 papers, and GPT-5.5 plus 3 former journal editors judged the pairs blind.
GPT-5.5 picked the AI review in all 132 decided pairs, and the editors picked it 87% of the time. Only 5.5% of the AI's claims about the paper were wrong, versus 15.9% for the human reviews.
Teams that depend on expert critique can now let AI do the first full review pass, and keep a human for the final decision.

🚀 We’re hiring at the Quantum Device Lab at ETH Zurich!
Are you passionate about micro- and nanofabrication and eager to advance the frontiers of quantum technology?
We are looking for a Cleanroom Fabrication Engineer (100%, Zurich, fixed-term) to join our interdisciplinary group at the Quantum Device Lab (@qudev), within the Department of Physics (@ETH_physics) and affiliated with the @ETHQuantumCntr at @ETH_en.
In this role, you will play a central part in scaling our superconducting quantum processor chips incorporating tens to hundreds of qubits as we push toward building large-scale, fault-tolerant quantum computers.
🔬 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Cleanroom Fabrication Engineer, you will bridge state-of-the-art semiconductor processing with cutting-edge quantum physics:
• Device Fabrication & Process Development: Execute and optimize micro- and nanofabrication runs while pioneering novel processing techniques—such as high-aspect-ratio Through-Silicon-Vias (TSVs) via deep reactive-ion etching (DRIE) and conformal thin-film deposition.
• Yield Improvement & Metrology: Establish rigorous process control and systematic inspection routines to continuously boost fabrication yield for complex quantum chips.
• Coherence Optimization: Work hand-in-hand with fabrication engineers and experimental physicists across our lab to evaluate how fabrication parameters directly impact qubit coherence metrics.
• World-Class Cleanroom Facilities: Utilize state-of-the-art infrastructure across three leading cleanrooms in the Zurich area:
– FIRST at ETH Hönggerberg: first.ethz.ch/
– BRNC at IBM Research Rüschlikon: brnc.ethz.ch/
– PICO at Paul Scherrer Institut (PSI) Villigen: psi.ch/en/lmn/cleanroom-labs
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• Education: Master’s degree (or PhD) in micro/nanofabrication, physics, materials science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on Cleanroom Background: Practical experience in lithography, dry/wet etching, thin-film deposition, and surface metrology.
• Mindset & Skills: Strong attention to detail, structured work habits, excellent teamwork, and fluency in English.
📍 Key Info & Application Link
📍 Location: Zurich, Switzerland
🏛 Lab & Dept: Quantum Device Lab (qudev.ethz.ch/) | D-PHYS (phys.ethz.ch/) | ETH Quantum Center (qc.ethz.ch/)
❓ Inquiries: Direct position questions to @BesseJC (no applications via email).
📩 How to Apply: Applications are accepted exclusively through the ETH online portal: emea2.softfactors.com/job-op…
Help us build the next generation of scalable quantum computers—apply today or repost/tag someone in your network who would be a great fit! 🔬✨

Verification is key as you say, that verification is best served by empirical research. Not sure how my followers and mutual following are missing the news on this.
Recovered at 5.17σ.
165k views, you cant make it up! I blame education or a serious lack of it.
