Keep losing track of who said what in old meeting notes? Naming each speaker is quicker and easier than ever
Now you can name any speaker straight from your transcript or summary. Hover over a speaker in your summary to jump to their transcript and press play to hear them. Type their name, or link their email from a calendar event, then jump between each point they spoke. When you come back later, the note shows exactly who said what.
💡 Hover over the Speakers button to see everyone who spoke and who still needs a name.

Tired of old notes jumping to the top of your list when you don't change their content?
A note now counts as updated only when you change what's in it. Moving notes between notebooks, adding tags or reminders, commenting, and changing who you share with no longer move them up the list. ✅
Spotted something else that shouldn’t reorder your list? Let us know. 💚
