My advice to startup founders is that post pmf companies look completely different then pre pmf.
Pre pmf CEO/product lead needs to micro manage and get into everyone’s business. Until the people revolt because they are so busy dealing with actual growth problems and know better than the CEO.
I was force pushing code and telling ICs what to code until one by one the demand was breaking things that they knew how to fix better than me.
The best I can say is that all my ideas were directionally right and the ways they were wrong were fixable later.

When we first started Alliance, we focused on the closest thing that mattered to us at the time and that was defi. Most people were skeptical of just another accelerator then we proved them wrong with teams like Pendle, 0x, Solflare around 2020/21.
The the second phase came in where we moved from defi to supporting NFTs, stablecoins and other onchain sectors. That phase brought startups like Rain, debridge, Usdai, Kamino and many others.
Then this last phase where we focused on everything onchain with teams like Defined, Pump, Dinari, Moonshot, Tailgate and many others. A total of $10B+ in startup valuations created across the companies that came through Alliance.
As it turns out, after building this thing for seven years I've realized that to a certain degree youll always start off as being dismissed but as you get wins under your belt, you get to command that respect which is why I have always aligned with the underdogs or over looked founders
And despite everything we've built people will probably continue to underestimate us and I am good with that, it gets me up every morning, but we're now entering our fourth phase, frontier tech and our team is hellbent on winning. We won't stop until we do.
For those who started small with a niche and never gave up kudos to y'all. I've seen so many friends who started with nothing in the early days of onchain and are now commanding the respect of all tech. Lets win.

Our team of 10+ of us ship telegram + mini app + web. I think we need to revisit our roadmap and accelerate our move toward a mobile app, just as @therealchaseeb suggested.
The hard part isn't matching their feature list -- that was never our goal.
The real challenge lies in making the process of executing a first trade intuitive for someone who has just signed up.
It's making the first trade feel obvious for someone who just signed up.
