Further, Trump did everything possible to ensure the majority of the stolen money came from American taxpayers.

I want to emphasize this: Florida was more prepared for hurricanes fifteen years ago with much better regulation and land use ordinances than today. Developers have left us much more vulnerable by building in places they shouldn't have, aided and abetted by Republican governors.
