We think we know what will happen and how we’ll react, but it’s far worse than we can imagine.

So @easyJet now I am home we need to talk about how this cancellation made me miss my flight for a family holiday as I didn’t get home until 22 hours after my flight took off. Who pays for the consequential loss as my insurance won’t and I had to pay for a new flight!
Hey @easyJet you’ve cancelled our flight from Berlin to London and we have 42 students with us. We’ve had no information, offers of food vouchers or seen anyone, just told to collect our baggage and shoved back to arrivals. It’s been over 4 hours now. Poor poor show.
