Why we’re building TENET
Creating a trading agent is only the start.
People also need a way to find one worth using, understand its decisions, control what it can do with their money, and earn from the agents they build.
That is what TENET brings together.
Robinhood’s recent announcements show why this matters.
In July, @RobinhoodApp announced plans to let eligible US customers connect AI agents to dedicated accounts for crypto trading, with performance tracking and notifications.
xitter.gq/RobinhoodApp/status/20…
In September, it introduced Robinhood Agents: creating agents directly inside Robinhood, using them for analysis and execution, and setting up recurring Loops. xitter.gq/RobinhoodApp/status/21…
Robinhood is putting agentic trading into its product roadmap. We believe this creates an opportunity for a marketplace where people can discover agents, inspect their records and pay for access.
TENET brings agent creation, execution and a marketplace into one platform on Robinhood Chain.
You can start with TENET’s own agents, build your own, or explore agents published by other creators.
Have a trading idea? Describe what you want your agent to do. Choose which tokenized stocks it may trade, how much it may spend per action and per day, and how long its permissions last.
The agent can manage recurring purchases, stop-losses, take-profits and rebalancing. You can also enable autonomous trading within those permissions.
This addresses a practical problem: executing a trading idea takes ongoing attention. Prices move, allocations drift, and rules need to be checked. TENET lets you delegate that work while setting boundaries around the agent’s actions.
Funds remain in your own vault. Agent permissions are enforced by the vault contract, and you can revoke them. Price checks against Chainlink feeds and limits on slippage provide additional execution controls. These controls limit what an agent can do; they do not eliminate trading risk. How it works.
runtenet.app/docs/security
Choosing an agent should come with a record you can inspect.
On the marketplace, an agent’s page shows its goal or description, permissions, trades and results. Transaction links let you examine its activity onchain. Direct trades include the reason the agent recorded for its decision.
Returns come with context: how many actions the agent has taken and how long it has been running. A few profitable trades do not establish a reliable track record.
You can explore another creator’s approach and run it in your own vault, with your own funds and limits. Marketplace mechanics.
runtenet.app/docs/marketplac…
For creators, a useful agent can become a product.
Build an agent. Run it. Establish a track record. Publish it on the marketplace.
TENET’s licensing model lets you keep an agent’s goal private, set a price in $TT and sell access. Buyers can use that approach to start their own agents. You earn from your work without taking custody of their money.
Under the documented model, 95% of each license sale goes to the creator and 5% is burned. Eligible sellers also share a separate author rewards pool funded by protocol fees. License revenue and pool rewards are distinct sources of earnings.

Our goal is to give creators a place to build and distribute their agents, and give traders a place to evaluate and use them.
Robinhood’s announcements reinforce the direction of agentic trading. TENET focuses on making that direction useful: creation tools, defined permissions, visible records and a marketplace for access.
Build your own agent. Find one worth using. Earn by selling access to what you create.

How to sell a trading algorithm without giving away the code.
On TENET you keep the code on your own server and sell the right to ask it:
1. TENET sends your server a signed question every few minutes: the buyer's limits, balances and prices
2. Your server answers with the orders it wants. Your code decides, and it never leaves your machine
3. The orders run inside the buyer's own limits, and the vault checks them again. Nobody can withdraw
Buyers hold a license, 95% of every sale goes to you and 5% is burned. They can't copy what they can't see.
You need one https address. The starter server is about 40 lines, Node or Python.
runtenet.app
One wallet, as many vaults as you like.
On TENET every vault is its own contract. Its own agent, its own limits, its own record. Only you can withdraw from any of them.
That makes it easy to keep ideas apart: a slow long-term one in one vault, an experiment with a small amount in another. If an agent misbehaves in the experiment, the other vault doesn't even notice. It can't touch it.
Press "+ New vault" in the app and give it its own limits.
runtenet.app/app
Our marketplace shows red numbers too.
Every result on an agent's page is counted from the chain's own records and today's Chainlink prices. The owner can't type it, edit it or hide a bad week.
So if an agent is down, you see it's down. If it has made two trades, you see two, and it's marked "building history" instead of a ranking.
We'd rather have a shelf of honest numbers than a shelf of screenshots. An agent you can check is easier to trust than one that only shows wins.
runtenet.app
Paper accounts were only for algorithms. Now they work for regular AI agents too.
TENET runs a replica of any public agent on a virtual $1,000 with live prices. Watch it on the agent's page before you trust it with real money.
runtenet.app
The first algorithm is now on sale on TENET.
We listed it ourselves so the shelf isn't empty and you can see how the whole thing works: "Pullback and rebound" buys small pieces of a stock after a measured pullback, and sells each piece when it recovers a few percent or falls further. One small order at a time.
Its paper account started today: TENET trades a virtual $1,000 with it on live prices, and the record fills up in public on its card. Right now it's day one, so there's nothing to show yet.
Got your own method? List it the same way. The starter server is about 40 lines.
runtenet.app
What happens when an AI agent asks your vault for something it shouldn't?
The vault says no, and says why. On chain, every time.
The reasons are plain words:
- size: bigger than the limit you signed
- daily limit: you already used today's allowance
- too soon: it's trading faster than you allowed
- token not allowed: not on your list
- expired: its powers ran out
- trading is off: you switched it off
- price: worse than the oracle allows
The agent can ask for anything. The vault only does what you signed. It can't withdraw, and you can revoke it in one transaction.
An agent you can read when it fails is easier to trust than one that only shows you wins.
runtenet.app
We test every algorithm before you buy it.
Every algorithm for sale on TENET now gets a virtual $1,000 that TENET trades with it, in public. We run it, not the seller and not you, so the numbers can't be edited and you don't have to set anything up. You just watch.
How we count it:
- live oracle prices
- the 0.1% fee on every trade
- the same kind of limits a real vault has
- no stock trades while the market is closed
The curve, every trade and the reason the algorithm gave are on its card, before you pay for a license.
It's brand new, so the records start from today. One more thing: pool slippage isn't modelled yet, so real fills can be a little worse than on paper.

I wrote a skill and put it on sale on TENET.
It's called "Size trades by volatility". It doesn't pick what to buy, only how much: full size when the stock is calm, smaller when it swings, and no buying when it's too wild. The agent says in its reason which numbers it used.
It took a few steps:
1. Write the skill in the agent card (plain steps and a few numbers anyone can change)
2. Run it with a small amount
3. Make the goal private and put the license on sale
It's day one, so there's one action behind it so far. The history is all on chain, so anyone can watch it grow.
Skill's on the marketplace: runtenet.app
A small update, just for convenience: a "Stop everything" button on your agent card.
If something looks wrong, one press switches off everything the agent can do: its powers, its rules, the AI, the API key and the bot. You sign once.
Your money stays in your vault, and you can still withdraw it.

TENET is now on GitHub.
Two repos are public:
tenet-contracts: the Solidity contracts that run on mainnet, with the tests. Read how the vault, the limits and the licenses work, and run the tests yourself.
tenet-algorithm-starter: your first algorithm in about 40 lines. Node or Python.
Both are MIT.

Got a trading method? Here’s the shortest way to put it on TENET.
We just added a starter server for sellers: about 40 lines, Node or Python, no dependencies.
What it already does:
Checks the signature, so you know the question comes from TENET
Reads the vault’s limits, balances and prices
Answers with the orders it wants
Replace one function (decide) with your own strategy. Put it on any host with an https address, paste the address into the marketplace, press “Test my API”.
Your code stays on your server. Buyers get a license. 95% of every sale goes to you, 5% is burned.
runtenet.app
Open a vault for each idea. Each gets its own limits, its own agent, its own history. Close one, the others don’t notice.

Agentic trading needs a marketplace.
TENET lets you build AI agents that trade tokenized stocks and sell access to them, or find one you want to use. Each agent trades within the limits you set.
All on Robinhood Chain.
runtenet.app
What is TT actually for on TENET? Four jobs, all in the product:
Access. Agent mode, the chat and bot connections need a minimum of TT in your wallet. You don’t spend it, you just hold it.
Robots. To run an executor robot you stake 1,000 TT. Leave, and it comes back after 7 days.
Licenses. Algorithms and agents are sold for TT. 95% goes to the seller, 5% is burned.
Fees. Every agent trade pays 0.1%. 30% of that is burned, 70% goes to the authors’ pool.
Where to sell your algorithm on TENET, and how to fill it in:
runtenet.app/catalog > scroll to “Algorithms” > open “Sell an algorithm”.
Fill in:
Vault: one of your own vaults. The license is sold under it.
Title: 3 to 60 characters.
What it does: 10 to 600 characters. Describe the method, not the profit. No promises, no links, no addresses.
API address: the https:// address of your server. TENET calls it for your buyers.
Price in TT and number of copies (0 = no limit).
Press “List it and set the price”, sign one transaction in your wallet, and copy the signing secret. It is shown once. Your server uses it to check that each question comes from TENET.
You can now sell your trading algorithm on TENET through an API, without ever giving the code away.
How it works:
Your algorithm runs on your own server behind an API. You paste the API address into the marketplace.
You set the price in TT and how many copies to sell.
A buyer gets a license and points one of their vaults at your API.
Every few minutes TENET calls your API for them: it sends the vault’s limits, balances and prices, signed so you know it’s from TENET. Your API answers with the orders it wants.
Those orders run inside the buyer’s limits, checked by their vault on every trade.
Nothing to copy. Nothing for the buyer to run. Your method stays on your server.
Where the TT goes:
95% of every license sale goes to you
5% is burned
