My agents merged 54 of their own PRs last week. The week before: 11.
The rule: CI green on the exact commit, another agent reviews it with no serious findings, low risk. Anything touching auth, billing, migrations or deploys still waits for me.
Reverts: 0 🙌
Spanish bureaucracy is fucking exhausting.
Today I needed a digital certificate for my company from the FNMT. I only got through it because one of my agents was driving the browser and debugging every step with me:
1. The site throws an authentication error before you even reach the form. Fix: open it in Incognito, because the browser was holding on to a failed login.
2. Fill in the company ID, accept the conditions, start the request. It stalls at key generation. No error on screen.
3. The agent checked the console log: the site needs the FNMT Configurator, a desktop app that generates the keys on your machine, and it wasn't installed. Download it. macOS blocks it because Apple can't verify the package. Override that, install, retry.
4. Password step works. Now it stalls at the signature.
5. Back to the console. Signing needs a second desktop app, AutoFirma, and the site was trying to launch it without it being installed. Again, nothing on screen tells you. All found on the console.
6. Install AutoFirma. The signing request times out while it installs. Retry. Finally works.
7. And it's not over. Now I have to pay 24€. Well, 29.04€, because obviously there's VAT on top. 😂
8. Pay with my Wise Visa: "Status: Rejected. Authentication temporary unavailable." Try again, rejected again. Switch to my Revolut Visa. That one works. Now I pad a company expense with personal account. 😁
9. Download the certificate in Firefox. Nothing happens. Console: "Uncaught ReferenceError: TryVb is not defined". Switch to Chrome. Finally.
Two desktop apps, a security override, Incognito mode, the console log three times, two cards, two browsers and 29.04€. Just to identify myself to my own government.
Honestly it stresses me out. Somebody paid a lot of public money for these websites, and they're fucking miserable to use. A normal person without an agent or a developer next to them just gives up, or pays a gestor to do it.
When I worked for a company in Iceland, I logged into pretty much every state service with my phone. You get a prompt by SMS, confirm, done.
Is bureaucracy in your country so annoying?

I'm Ramon and I build @enrutar_app (field service software) with a crew of AI agents. Usually from Mallorca, this month from Thailand.
And I'm building a few more apps I'll publish in the coming weeks.
What are you building? Drop it below, I'll check them all.
Bangkok remote work cafe #8, and the last one. Tomorrow we're off to Krabi.
I saved a special one for the end: Aribica Speciality Coffee.
On my first trip to Thailand, back in 2018, @mferrerllompart and I came here almost every day. It was called "Oh My Coffee" then, and one guy ran the whole place by himself.
Eight years later it has a new name and several people behind the counter. Somehow it still feels very much like the place I remember.
I couldn't stay long today because I had sales calls. Still, sitting there again took me straight back to that first trip.
Thanks Bangkok, see you soon 🙌
🚀 Shipping day:
- @enrutar_app MCP submitted to OpenAI
- iOS + iPadOS app submitted to the App Store, for the first time on my own, now with Liquid Glass and a real iPad layout. And got approved!
- lots of customer calls
Tired but so happy 😄 Do you have any experience on how long
Voice-to-job in @enrutar_app felt slow. You talked, and the cards only filled in after you paused.
The model was slow (4-6 s per preview). But the frontend was worse: every new word cancelled the preview in flight. So while you kept talking, nothing ever landed.
Two more bugs hiding in there:
- transcript fragments replaced each other instead of being appended
- stopping right after speaking lost your last words, because the voice turn never closed
Now the server adds 600 ms of silence on stop so the turn closes.
Today one of my agents split 16 security PRs into 5 parallel review threads. Each thread can spawn its own sub-agents.
That broke the UI of Nexure (my agent harness), so this week we shipped:
- finished sub-agents fold into one pile row
- they open in a side panel instead of new windows
- nested sub-agent counts on every row
- a prompt minimap to jump around long threads
- the done chime waits for the whole tree, not the first agent
Running 10+ agents at once is a UI problem more than a model problem.
What does your setup do when one agent spawns five more?
36 leads in the last 5 days for @enrutar_app. Looks like I finally found the knob I had to turn on the ads.
Tomorrow is a big calling day. Let's see how many I close 🫨
Guess the close rate?
All my agents started with Pokémon names. Then I renamed them to real names because I couldn't remember who owned what.
The internal IDs are still Pokémon. Somewhere in my DB, Charmander deploys my harness 😂
Asked my agent where to watch The Social Reckoning in Bangkok yesterday.
It compared every showing around 7pm (price, seats, screen size), checked the film is shot in Scope (2.39:1) and ruled out the cinema with a flat screen.
Went to Terminal 21 Asok, sofa for two 😄
The movie left me wondering what Facebook actually changed after the Facebook Files.
Not much:
- Renamed itself Meta a few weeks after Haugen testified
- Paused Instagram Kids
- In 2025, dropped third-party fact-checking in the US
New name, same engine. Every one of those changes was PR, and nothing touched what the leak was about.
Did you watch it?
Wanted to check X this morning before watching UFC, without getting spoiled.
So I told my agent to mute UFC, Merab, Dvalishvili and Volkanovski. It also muted my typos of their names 😁
Built a daily journal check-in: my agent asked me every morning and every evening how the day went.
Turned both off. I didn't want to be asked.
Now if I volunteer something, it gets filed. That's it. Fewer pings > more data.
Bangkok remote work cafe #7: % Arabica. Except we didn't work.
Yesterday I stayed home because of calls with @enrutar_app leads. Today we went sightseeing, and the views of the King Power Mahanakhon are amazing. I love his building.
Espresso tonic: very, very good. The elevator ride up is very cool, and it's cheap for the view and the whole experience.
Not a place to work though 😅
Thanks for the recommendation @_callmeangie!
The iPhone Duo looks really cool.
Hard to justify for me though: worse selfie camera, wider than a normal phone when closed, no Face ID, and double the price.
But unfolding into a screen this big is sick. And @enrutar_app's landing looks great on it 😄
Would you pay double for it?
Had a subagent benchmarking CI runner sizes. We found the sweet spot.
It kept going. More sizes, more runs, more tables.
Lesson for my harness: once there's a clear answer, kill the research and ship. Agents don't get bored, I do.
My main agent's memory file hit 41 KB. It gets injected into every single turn.
Moved the history into a journal folder and kept the always-loaded part under 24 KB: preferences, routing, rules learned 3+ times.
How do you manage agent memory?
Told my training coach agent to be more aggressive.
First try: still polite. Second try, with my exact words, swearing included, it finally talked like a real coach 🤣
Do you want your coach nice or brutal?
