So this is the whole drama surrounding the Ishmael skin in PGR that was trending on Twitter. People keep comparing it to HoYoverse games it’s so obvious they’re just trying to ride the hype train if they compared it to some other dead game it wouldn’t get any traction at all.
It’s true what they say less popular games often try to act superior to the ones that are actually thriving. Without this drama nobody would even know or care about this Ishmael skin most people don’t even know the character exists in the first place 😂
Even if you compare it to HSR there’s no real difference both are just recolors,The only distinction is that the Nihilux skin is cheaper because it can be bought using ingame non-paid materials meaning F2P players can still get it whereas the Ishmael skin requires real money
Honestly I’m still confused what’s actually different about this Ishmael skin compared to others? I watched the video and the animations are exactly the same the character has been out since 2024, so it’s literally just a recolor and a costume change.
It’s quite unusual when a game like PGR hits a lull, one might look to HoYoverse games for a thrill, but the reality turned out to be even worse than I had imagined they really make their own stupidity so glaringly obvious lol
