Rachel Zegler is being set up to take the fall for a multimillion-dollar loss, and the people setting her up for it are banking on racist, misogynistic hatred on the internet to do the dirty work for them. So I wrote about it. slashfilm.com/1819440/rachel…

Holy crap, that is horrifying
So she collapsed and died, and Gene was in such advanced stages of dementia that he couldn't call anyone or render aid, so eventually just died himself, a week later. Jesus.

She may not have written for Elizabeth and Jessica, (except for that 1 time we don't talk about), but she created them. I grew up with the twins and they always felt like friends. Really dramatic, kinda toxic friends that you knew you should give up, but just kept sucking you in.
Francine Pascal, a former soap-opera scriptwriter who conjured up an entire literary universe in her mega-best-selling “Sweet Valley High” series of young-adult novels, died on Sunday. She was 92. nyti.ms/3yijs5j

RIP
With a heavy heart, I tell you that my father, Donald Sutherland, has passed away. I personally think one of the most important actors in the history of film. Never daunted by a role, good, bad or ugly. He loved what he did and did what he loved, and one can never ask for more than that. A life well lived.

SPOILERS FOR #THEACOLYTE Did this show seriously hire Carrie Ann Moss just to murder her in the first 5 minutes? Trinity just can't catch a break. Also, I think this is the first time I've seen knives used in Star Wars

I genuinely can't decide which is better: This episode or Sam Says 3
game changer episodes are all my precious little babies, but tonight's is one of my especial favorites we've ever done. S06E05: @KatieMarovitch, @brennanlm, and @ChestangRaphael star in... BINGO.

Holy sh*t this needs to be a bigger story. 🚨 The biggest abortion rights case since Dobbs, which the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on March 26, is based around a simple narrative: A group of doctors represented by the professional organization Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine say the drug mifepristone—one of two drugs used for medication abortion—is dangerous and illegal to dispense by mail, and wants the drug pulled from the market. This, at least, is the story told by AHM’s legal filings. In reality, however, the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine is a newly incorporated anti-abortion group, hastily established in 2022 following the Dobbs decision in a jurisdiction that would be favorable to their case, where it was all but certain to go before an anti-abortion judge. Their purported scientific claims fall apart under scrutiny; studies they cite in their legal filings have been retracted. And the real force behind the case, known as Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. U.S. Food and Drug Administration (which is now consolidated with a case involving drug manufacturer Danco Laboratories) is the Christian-right law shop Alliance Defending Freedom, which also won the Dobbs case overturning Roe v. Wade and which, last term, prevailed in its case 303 Creative v. Elenis. Make sure everyone sees this!
As SCOTUS gears up for a landmark case on mifepristone, let's remember who's pulling the strings behind the scenes. Meet the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine: a group with no real history, no real doctors & certainly no real concern for women's health. newrepublic.com/article/1796…

The creator of Sailor Moon never really went on to do anything else...because doing Sailor Moon nearly killed her. She has worked on her husband's series quite a bit lately... because working on it was killing him. He was bedridden levels of disabled.

My niblings have a cavapoo, so Sweetpea was their favorite. Kiddos cried for a solid 30 minutes after they read the dedication.
Sweetpea was rescued by a shelter that specializes in helping special needs puppies. Sadly, she was unable to overcome her health issues. We dedicate #PuppyBowl XX to her memory.
