At XP Gateshead, every child can achieve extraordinary things – and every adult plays a part.
We’re looking for a Pastoral Lead and a Learning Coach who believe relationships are the foundation of great learning.
Join our kind, supportive Crew - xptrust.org/vacancies
Hi @Halfords_uk . I've paid not much shy of 1k over the last two years for servicing for my car. There's an issue now (not your fault) where I need your help. All I need is the service records to be annotated with parts numbers and oil type used. This is a ten minute job.
All I want to do is talk to someone who can then annotate my service records to try to help me avoid an 8k bill for a new engine. To be told this is not possible and to have to ask @Halfords_uk repeatedly over a course of weeks is not acceptable customer service.
When will someone talk to me @Halfords_uk ? Yesterday I was told today. Emails are not being answered unless followed up with a phone call, to be told no we can't help you. DMs are leading nowhere.
Hi @Halfords_uk , can you help me work out why I can't seem to get anyone in your organisation to spend ten minutes annotating my annual service invoices from you with parts numbers used to help me try to avoid an 8k bill for a new engine. Thanks!

The UK far right was at its absolute worst in the late 70s / early 80s when net migration was often negative (I.e. we had more people leaving than arriving).
It's a complete fantasy to imagine a change in annual numbers would stop racism/hate.
