@GiantFoodStores I have an email saying I have an order for tomorrow (Order m599905714) but the website is not showing my order. If I go to the link in the email giantfoodstores.com/modal/or…, I get redirected to the homepage.

@playabowls it looks like your marketing text messages don’t respond to “Stop”, only “STOP”. Unsubscribing is case-sensitive? This can’t be right can it?

and if you're not going to modify you system to accept passwords longer than 32 characters would you please update the UI to indicate this. This was my experience when I pasted in my new password that was over 32 characters. There was no indicator this was a problem 🙁
Change password screen with all requirements passing (even though I pasted in a 36 character long password, which is longer than the max length of 32).

@FultonBank Are there any known problems with your online banking? I use a password manager yet yesterday my password suddenly stopped working. I went through your password reset steps and reset my password, which logged me in successfully.

I continue to be baffled by the data usage reported by @ATT at att.com Last week I was told the online numbers can lag up to 72 hours, however here we are 7 days later and I'm only seeing 1.94 GB out of 6GB used (still way less than they were claiming last week).
Mobile Share Advantage 6GB account showing 1.94 GB used across all of the lines.

Here are screenshots with the usage for each of the seven lines.

@ATT I don't understand why I got this notification saying we've used 75% of my data plan for the month. We have 7 lines on the account and 6GB of data total. Every one of the 7 lines has used less than 0.3 GB for the month so far 😕 Can you please help me understand this.
Hi, it's AT&T. You used 75% of your plan data this bill cycle. If you use all of it, your data will be slowed (max 128kbps) until 05/06/2024. Want to learn how to manage your data? Go to att.com/manageusage
