This was amazing #SLEEP2023. I am still on a high from receiving the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award! I presented a hour lecture on structural racism and sleep, presented my pilot results from a mindfulness intervention, discussed DEI in @ResearchSleep, and sleep and CVD.
