By design. Thank the Faculties of Education, the most corrupt institutions in all the whole corrupt university systems. With the possible exception of Women's Studies and Social Work.
What do think will happen when the bulk of society finally becomes aware that the sacrifices that they made during the pandemic were in vain given what amounts to nearly 2 years of government lies and misinformation about lockdowns, masks, social distancing and vaccines?

Remember, you can exempt your child from wearing a mask with a simple letter or email to the headmaster or office. If masks cause anxiety, stress or restricts their ability to learn, exempt them. #NoMasksInClass

Friend’s cousin went to Kings game: there were three lines to get in: vaccinated, rapid test, proof of negative test. He was vaccinated but figured he’d get a rapid test just to see. Tested positive, got out of that line into the vaccinated line, showed his passport, went in.
