My younger coworker's not into fandomy stuff at all but we get along well so I openly talk about my geeky interests with her and today she was like "Wait I have to show you something, it made me think of you!" and showed me a screenshot of the Cartman skin in Brawl Stars 😭💜

What if epilogue Bill was cosplaying as his younger self because he was hoping his friends would be at comic con and he thought wearing one of his signature outfits would make it easier for them to recognize him

Like I know it's supposed to symbolize how he's stuck in the past/ hasn't changed at all, that was the intention with his outfit from a writing perspective but in universe I think it was his attempt at reconnecting with his friends.

He would never admit he misses them, he's too proud, too stubborn so he wouldn't just reach out like Jerry did. I'm not even sure if the flannel was a conscious decision or his subconscious, then. Probably the latter. He just wanted them to notice him, this was his only chance :(
