BLOCKASSIST: IMPACT IN MACHINE LEARNING 🤖 I have been longing to write on this topic ever since @charlieoscar002 included it in one of the Gensyn Forge event topics. Finally, here we go 🙂 During my earlier days of writing on @gensynai , I have made two posts that discuss and simplify what BlockAssist is all about. —————————————————————————— For a long time now, we have been made to believe that the world of Machine Learning revolves around the need for AI to always rely on huge curated datasets or lots of compute in big data centers for training. Then this makes me rethink the main purpose of Machine Learning itself. The goal is to build systems that can learn from data rather than being programmed with rules. So afterall, machine learning shouldn't be limited to these giant corporations alone, it should be open to me and you to be a partakers of AI training. This is where BlockAssist comes in to make a shift in the perspective of Machine Learning. An AI assistant built on top of Gensyn’s decentralized ML infrastructure, which introduces assistance learning. Instead of an algorithm feeding off tons of data, you have an agent sitting with you, observing your choice, what you do and the way you solve problems. It literally learns from your action and uses the training data to try to do better next time. Look at BlockAssist beyond the Minecraft game. Even though it is currently in a demo phase, it is already giving the sneak peak of how having an AI assistant that learns from our action can be beneficial and productive for us in our daily lives. This innovation can create better impact in Machine Learning by training AI agents for application in the real life settings. Imagine an AI assistant that strictly observes and learns from how you do things, your styles which can be in the form of; ➡️ your writing, ➡️ behaviour, ➡️ how you organise things and even how you get complex tasks done. Also, I am impressed with the fact that training can happen locally, on everyday hardware. It means AI training doesn’t have to rely on the large organizations with expensive infrastructure. —————————————————————————— BlockAssist through Gensyn opens the playground for everyone to teach their AI assistant. The community call initially set to hold earlier this week on Gensyn Discord has been rescheduled to December 1st. The reason is best known to the team, but regardless don't miss it. (Time: 5pm UTC) 2. Gensyn made new history with over 1 million models trained so far on BlockAssist. This marks a huge milestone for the project. 3. Gensyn published a new research on Verde. Update on the Pioneer Program; the application form is still currently paused but reviews are still ongoing for the last ones submitted. According to the team, the application form will reopen soonest. 5. ⚡ WHAT REAL WORLD SECTOR WOULD THE IMPACT OF TRAINING DECENTRALIZED AI AGENT AFFECT ?? In my previous write ups, I have highlighted how the concept of @gensynai can be beneficial to the healthcare industry and also to students personal advantage which can be considered impactful to the education sector. To be honest, I find it difficult to pick a side on which sector Decentralized AI agent would be more impactful between the two (Healthcare and Education). As a recent graduate in a course closely related to the healthcare line, I have made my research to understand the potential and how this innovation can greatly benefit the healthcare sector. So if you ask me which sector will feel the biggest impact from training Decentralized AI agent, 🤔 << I think the HEALTHCARE is most likely to come first >> Decentralized AI infrastructure could truly be a game changer in the healthcare line if well adopted. Its impact in various fields of healthcare like drug discovery and delivery, personalized care and data security is something to watch out for. ——————————— < > ————————————— >>>> Using the Reinforcement Learning concept of Gensyn to train decentralized AI agents, it allows these agents to learn, optimize dynamically and aim for the best outcome of patients. For diabetic patients, AI agents can be trained based on each patient medical data to provide care assistance. For example, this trained decentralized agent which knows your specific morning routine and current glucose levels, might wait until you’ve finished your coffee to suggest a specific insulin adjustment. >>>> As we all know in the Healthcare industry, data security and privacy is well rated. Trained decentralized AI agents for the purpose of healthcare ensure security and reliability. With the help of cryptographic proof of work presented by Gensyn, the trained AI model trained system ensures everyone’s computations are correct, so the final model is reliable. >>>> Imagine a future where hospitals start making collaborations with machine learning networks like @gensynai to help in training AI models for medical purposes. For example, A local hospital might need an AI assistant that could help in looking at MRI images to detect tumors. This hospital can post its budget on The Gensyn Marketplace and request an AI base model to be trained for that specific purpose. This would allow idle compute power to be used for good cause.
