I run ArcMuse as a one person creative studio, and to be honest it doesn't feel like one. I do the design, editing and motion myself, and a team of AI agents handles everything around it, the inquiries, the admin, organizing files, revision notes, even outreach. Last week I finished a full week of content in about 4 hours. After 16 years of editing, that still surprises me. I'm sharing how I build this in public on here. If you're a creator or solo founder, what's the one thing you'd hand off to an agent first?

Should i make the switch?! What do you guys think?
Grok Bot users got rug pulled on usage limits. Hermes just built the exit. hermes migrate grok-bot Your whole Grok Bot setup moves into Hermes: ▸ Scheduled routines become Hermes cron jobs ▸ Skills come over as Hermes skills ▸ Memories merge into Hermes memory ▸ Your bot's role and rules carry over ▸ Apps with an MCP URL get wired in as MCP servers How it works: ▸ Hermes gives you an export prompt ▸ Paste it into Grok Bot and it writes its own export file ▸ Run the command and Hermes picks it up Routines arrive paused so nothing runs twice. Turn them on when you're ready. Fresh installs ask during setup if you're coming from Grok Bot. Works on Mac, Windows and Linux, and never touches your logins. Lands in Hermes today. Same routines. Any model you want. Your own machine.

Still confused in the gym? Stop guessing the order. Spriwa looks at your goal and then tells you exactly what to do and when: lifts, cardio, core, stretches, even your starting weights. Here's my Monday 👇 #fitness #Spriwa
Gym goers who lift weights and do cardio, how do you structure your workouts? Do you combine both on the same day or dedicate separate days to cardio?

The Grok Bot scare lately has me thinking about a backup plan. Been looking into OpenClaw plus Hostinger as a backup setup. Anyone else tried this? Is it a viable option or am I missing something?

For a company worth $2 trillion, they’re not willing to eat the loss to keep the lead in the biggest TAM in human history? Something’s not adding up.

Grok Bot is my main workhorse right now. It runs the admin side of my studio every day. But I don't like having one point of failure. Anyone using an open source alternative that's similar? xitter.gq/elonmusk/status/211699…

Am I the only one who gets sleepy watching tutorials? I'm a learn by doing person for sure. To be honest I've even made tutorials myself on YouTube, and I still learn way more from breaking something on a real project than from watching someone else do it. That's pretty much how I'm learning AI agents right now too, just building with them every day and fixing what breaks. Are you a learn by doing person or do you need the tutorial first?

Yesterday I posted that I wanted to connect with more AI builders, designers and motion people, and to be honest I did not expect almost 50 replies. What surprised me most is how many of you are building actual tools, launch film makers, UI reference libraries for agents, research tools, agent interfaces. I told a bunch of you I'd give your stuff a run, so this week is basically testing week for me. If you had to pick one tool I should test first, what would it be?

Would you hire a creative studio that uses AI, or does that make you trust them less?

I agree! My wife and I have been doing it and it’s great!

This looks amazing. First off, I love that it's standalone, so I don't need another LLM subscription just to make motion with it. I spent 12 years in After Effects turning around motion for clients on crazy deadlines, so anything that automates that process is a step in the right direction. To be honest though, it's not there yet for client work. Clients like a project and then have notes, usually small ones like extend this, tweak that ease, change the speed. Reprompting gives you a different video every time, and that control over the little details is still where the designer comes in. Has anyone found a good way around that yet? xitter.gq/OpenDesignHQ/status/21…

Got our first ArcMuse mugs made and to be honest I didn't expect a mug to make it feel this real. It's the same thing I tell clients, your brand shows up in the small stuff people actually touch every day, not just the logo on your site. What's the first piece of merch you ever made for your business?

A lot of founders and tech people on here have been asking me how ArcMuse uses AI, and whether AI is making the creative work. So here's the honest answer in one place. We're designers first. My team and I have years of design, editing, and motion experience, and most of the creative work stays in human hands. To be honest, AI still can't match the touch you get from years of actually making things. What was really slowing us down was everything around the work. The admin, the organizing, the inquiries, the revision notes. That's what our AI agents handle now, and we work alongside them every day. It frees up a lot more of our time for the ideas and the details. Curious, would you use AI this way? Or are you leaning on it more for the creative side?

I work with animation all the time, for myself, for my kids, and for my clients, and this tool seems incredibly valuable to me since I can swap things immediately and try new ideas. Have any of you tried this yet? And how many of you are using AI to help with your animation process? xitter.gq/runwayml/status/211581…
New in Runway App Studio, Character Swap. Swap the characters or location in any video while keeping the original motion intact. You can even transfer or swap the audio to match your new scene. Get started at the link below.

Over a year ago I made an AI intro video of myself exploring Figma updates for a local Figma conference. MiniMax and Runway, very early tech. Someone suggested I remake it with the same script using today's tools and post them side by side. Should I? What should I use? I kind of want to. Would you watch that?

Been testing agents for video editing. Tried Codex and Claude so far, Grokbot is next on the list. Still leaving my computer on the whole time just to be safe 😅 Anyone actually editing with an agent day to day? What's your setup?
