time to drop the really big bomb:
You have a lot of WESTERN models in China who are willing to do UGC for your ecom brand with a good accent, and for half of the price of US creators.
AND if you have a china 3PL / dropship they have your products within a day instead of weeks, turn around time of new videos faster than your competitors can handle.

On Trybe hype:
We’re on it. Have 30 or so creators.
But haven’t had any creators want to make a video for free for % of GMV
Even the ones that get paid a good amount from % of GMV
Has anyone cracked the code on a fully free video flywheel?
The way it’s currently going i dont see the value of Trybe - would rather just pay a flat fee direct to the creator.
The real use case is the easy upload to meta, but there are bulk ad uploaders for that
