Anti-Indian hate is exploding on social media, and Big Tech is profiting from it.
These companies have no incentive to stop the hatred they help spread. Congress must hold them accountable.

ICE cause father to crash car during traffic stop—with 2 little kids sitting in back seat.
Turns out he wasn't even guy they were looking for.
Traumatize his 2 toddlers for no reason.
Agents grab at kids' legs trying to pry them out of their dad's arms.
Video clearly shows severe damage to the front of the man's car—with the driver side wheel completely off.
Then agents threaten U.S. citizen with pepper spray—just for filming on public sidewalk.
After running the man's picture through facial recognition—agents had to admit they got the wrong guy.
Incident occurred in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Providence, Rhode Island.

1) France is burning.
2) Italy is witnessing clashes, looting.
3) Belgium is witnessing violence.
4) Albania is experiencing violent confrontations.
Meanwhile, UN experts are worried about how India handles protests.
But have UN experts also taken note of protesters openly calling for India to turn into Bangladesh? One of the lead protesters even stated - "Bangladesh showed us the way".
There is global chaos, Europe is burning, but India is the one getting lectured.
Are UN experts waiting for India to burn too?

Texas man dies in ICE detention center—was a legal permanent resident in U.S.
ICE has admit in an official statement that he did have a green card.
Despite this he was locked up for 4 months.
Staff refused to give him his heart medication—and ignored his report of chest pain and trouble breathing the day before he died.
ICE now claims that he obtained his green card fraudulently by failing to disclose a 2004 arrest for theft.
His daughter says they are lying—that everything was properly disclosed and legally approved.
Emiliano Andrade-Covarrubias lived in Dallas, Texas for more than 30 years.

Hindus and Muslims swung right in 2024, so yes they could put Talarico over the top and it would be poetic too.
Could backlash against anti-Muslim and anti-Hindu hostility affect Texas’s Senate race?
Many Texans in those communities have South Asian roots. A 2024 estimate put Texas’s eligible South Asian electorate near 400,000.
For perspective: Beto O’Rourke lost to Ted Cruz in 2018 by 214,921 votes—just 2.56 points.
That’s not 400,000 unclaimed votes. But hypothetically, if @jamestalarico added 400,000 votes to Beto’s tally while the Republican total stayed the same, he’d win by 185,079.
Under that scenario? GOOD NIGHT, PAXTON.

Secretary Rubio is right: the people spewing anti-Indian hatred don’t represent the country. The best response is for Americans to say so clearly, like this, and to show up for Indian American neighbors when it matters, as @SecRubio points out.

Bo French is a grifter who couldn’t give a damn about the young people of Texas.
His family owns an oil business. Now he wants a seat on the Texas Railroad Commission, the very agency that regulates the oil and gas industry.
And here’s the kicker: One of his biggest donors is HIS OWN MOM, who has pumped $225,000 into his campaign.
See the conflict of interest?
This isn’t about empowering Texas youth. It’s about putting a man with family oil interests in a position of regulatory power.
You’d expect better from the “Young Republicans.” But apparently, Bo French’s racist rhetoric isn’t a dealbreaker.
They’ll gladly champion a grifter as long as he’s attacking brown Americans.
What an absolute disgrace. And you wonder why even grass roots organizers from the conservative movement want out now.
If every Republican talked like this and governed accordingly, the right would harness a major untapped pool of human capital and never lose again.
Bo French gets it. Here he is discussing Young Republicans of Texas with @AuronMacintyre:

#BREAKING: US Secretary of State Marco Rubio refuses to comment on protests in India, praises Indian democracy.
“Domestic political matter, this is a democracy, they have election here, wont opine on their domestic political matter. We have protests in US every day”.
This days after UK Trade Minister told me he won’t comment on protests in India and sand praise for Indian democracy.
Welcome change in the western stance in times of UN HR Office’s vile propaganda campaign against India!
