1、直接打破维持三十年的合资车企50%股比红线,批下中国首张外资“100%独资”建厂牌照,也不用马斯克交出核心技术;
2、真金白银输血:马斯克没钱盖厂,几大中资银行立刻联手奉上超百亿人民币超低息贷款,拿地即开工;

Europe has developed a pretty interesting definition of “protecting democracy.”
🇷🇴 Romania annulled a presidential election after Călin Georgescu finished first, then barred him from the rerun.
🇭🇺 Hungary’s new government rewrote the constitution with retroactive limits that block Viktor Orbán from becoming PM again and later approved rules barring long-serving MPs from the next parliamentary election.
🇩🇪 Germany’s domestic intelligence service classified the AfD as extremist, opening the door to much heavier surveillance of the country’s biggest opposition party.
🇫🇷 France upheld Marine Le Pen’s conviction, kept restrictions on her political future and ordered her to wear an electronic ankle tag.
🇪🇸 In Spain, more than a dozen people tied to Pedro Sánchez’s political and personal circle have been investigated or prosecuted in separate corruption cases, while Sánchez himself has not been charged.
🇬🇧 Britain postponed local elections during a sweeping reorganization of local government, triggering a petition accusing the government of voter suppression.
🇵🇱 And now Poland has police surrounding its Constitutional Tribunal while the government and opposition accuse each other of trying to seize control of the court.
The real red line in Europe may not be democracy... It may be leaving the club.

The empire is the architect and facilitator of this evolution in tactics.

Birds of a feather flock together.
The Anglo-American empire has been far and away the most exploitative and mass-murderous western empire since and including imperial Rome.
Ruthless. Merciless.
And now, four centuries down the road, it has arrived at the kakistocracy stage.

Sad to see countries keep complaining about the lawlessness Trump is bringing to the international arena, but when push comes to shove, they not only don't dare to push back; they acquiesce to US pressure.
See, for instance, the annual resolution at the UNGA condemning the US's decades-long embargo on Cuba.
This resolution gets huge support every year. But this year, the US's strong-arming tactics moved the needle significantly in Washington's direction.
Support for the Cuban resolution fell from 165 countries in 2025 to 130 in 2026, while opposition rose from 7 to 17 and abstentions more than doubled, from 12 to 25.
Colombia, Slovenia, Trinidad and Tobago and the UAE went from voting for it to voting against it.
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Costa Rica, Czechia, Ecuador, Lithuania, and Morocco moved from abstention in 2025 to an outright NO vote in 2026.
Then these countries went from supporting the resolution to abstaining:
Bahrain, Chile, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Italy, Jamaica, Montenegro, Netherlands, Palau, Peru, Qatar, South Korea, Solomon Islands.
The main common denominator for these states that have abandoned their longstanding opposition to an illegal embargo is their vulnerability to and dependence on the US. As US foreign policy grows more aggressive and unforgiving, the cost of defying it on this vote has become too high. For some of the smaller states, this is understandable given their near-total dependence on the US.
But this does not apply to states such as Germany, Italy, South Korea, and the Netherlands. They don't have this excuse. Their failure is beyond embarrassing.
Germany is particularly noteworthy. Germany, for the first time, lost a bid earlier this year for an elected seat at the UNSC. This is particularly embarrassing for Germany since it has long sought a permanent seat on the Council. The overarching reason for this failure is the common view that Germany has abandoned international law - it insisted on it in Ukraine, but abandoned it in Gaza, Venezuela, and Iran.
Add Cuba to that list. Rather than restoring its standing, Germany dug a deeper hole for itself with this vote.

Polish president aborted a trip to Senegal and returned to Warsaw as a major power struggle erupted over control of the country’s Constitutional Tribunal.

Several years ago we spoke, in our subscription podcasts, about Poland and how one day it would suffer a huge political and constitutional crisis and here we are. This could potentially have massive ramifications in what some circles is being described as a coup d'etat.
Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, is the institution responsible for determining whether legislation complies with the constitution.
A group of judges backed by the governing coalition moved against the Tribunal's president, Bogdan Święczkowski.
Police surrounded the court and prevented Święczkowski from entering. Protesters then breached the court's perimeter fencing, and police detained three people.
President Karol Nawrocki then abandoned his journey to Senegal and ordered his aircraft to return to Poland.
The Constitutional Tribunal's official account denounced the actions as a coup d'état and disputed Korwin-Piotrowska's authority to act as a judge.
This is one very ugly mess, but was coming.

My daughter works full time here in Texas. Let me run her numbers.
State minimum wage is $7.25. She's making $16.
Forty hours a week equals $640 weekly.
That’s roughly $2,700 a month before taxes.
Texas has no state income tax—the thing they sell you on. So after federal and FICA she takes home roughly $2,300.
Average one-bedroom in our city runs about $1,550.
That’s 67% of her entire paycheck gone to rent before she eats a single meal.
Leaves her around $750 a month for:
- groceries
- gas
- car insurance
- health insurance
- phone
- emergencies
- savings
Car insurance alone eats a huge chunk of that in this state.
She works 40 hours a week and cannot save a dollar. Not because she's careless because there's nothing left to be careless with.
I spent thirty years paying off a house here. She's doing the same job I did at her age and she can't afford a basic apartment.
That's not a discipline problem. That's not avocado toast.
The floor moved and nobody lowered the ceiling.
Working full time should cover a roof. In Texas it barely covers the rent on one.

“Drone delivery: Russia is preparing a new pilot project. The concept was discussed at a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport.
In the future, food, medicines, parcels and documents could all be delivered by air using unmanned aerial vehicles. The ministry said that up to five Russian regions are expected to be selected for the development of these delivery services.
The project’s main objective is to move towards regular cargo deliveries by drones. To achieve this, routes of up to 20, 50 and 100 kilometres will be established, connecting warehouses, distribution centres and order collection points.”
▶️ Mixed feelings... It’s great that this will become a reality. It’s unfortunate that it took a war to inspire the idea...

Clearly, leaving 2 carriers in Persian Gulf region is very taxing on a military. It's not just the opex, but the abuse on the naval platforms & airwing that significantly reduces their service life. We saw this w/ GWOT.
Big problem is all this effort hasn't solved the issue! we still get massive level of tanker destruction (in spite of Gulf bribery & willingness to tolerate higher transit cost) which will lead to tanker shortage that lasts for a while. Even if we get to 100 VLCC construction in a year, we cannot come close to making up for losing 2 to 4 tankers/day.
So, the solution can only be going all in or get out of there. Staying at a holding pattern is not sustainable.
Long drawn out w/ 2 to 3 carriers in Gulf region will destroy US military readiness for man yrs.
The WSJ lays out what keeping Gulf oil flowing actually involves:
-50,000 US troops, 20 Navy ships, two carriers across the region.
-$2–3 Billion USD/month or 67-100 Million USD/day above normal military spending
-Aircraft, warships and crews under mounting strain.
-Some US officials see the situation as untenable without more international help. Coalition efforts have failed.

You can cancel an election and ban the winner from running (Romania), you can ban your opponents from ever running again (Hungary), you can threaten to ban the main opposition party and subject it to relentless investigations by the secret police (Germany), you can threaten a ban on the leading presidential candidate and make them wear an ankle monitor (France), every member of your circle can be investigated for corruption (Spain), you can try and cancel local elections because you will lose them (Britain), and you can storm the constitutional court with riot police because you want to control it (Poland).
You can just do all these things. The secret is you just have to be on the right side of the European Commission.
