This is insane…
An advanced Alzheimer’s patient just REGAINED her memory, speech, mobility, AND bladder control after a SINGLE dose of psilocybin.
There are NO Alzheimer’s drugs capable of doing anything CLOSE to this.

A privilege to participate in the inauguration of the New Paediatric Specialty Centre, Fairfax–Quess Block, CMC Vellore. The campus carries one of the most remarkable legacies in Indian healthcare. More than 125 years ago, Dr Ida Scudder began with a single-bed clinic, driven by the conviction that no woman or child should die for lack of care. That one bed has grown into one of the finest medical institutions in Asia.
With the Paediatric Specialty Centre, CMC is adding a new chapter to that story, a chapter written for India’s children, and India’s children are India’s future. The Centre has been supported by Prem Watsa (Fairfax) and Ajit Isaac (Quess). Both are remarkable human beings with phenomenal qualities of head and heart. @PMOIndia @MoHFW_INDIA @JPNadda

Dear Doctors,
Please, please take care of yourselves too.
Yesterday we lost Dr. Kandhari - a brilliant neurosurgeon, just 49 years old. Too young, too soon, too huge a loss. A life spent saving other lives.
He left behind family, patients who trusted only him, and a reminder for all of us that even the strongest hands need rest.
As the legend says, "You are as good as your last patient" - but who takes care of you after that last patient goes home?
There will be no medal for you on 15th August or 26th January.
No one will count your sleepless nights, your missed meals, your skipped family functions, your anxiety before a critical surgery.
In the corporate world, the hospital earns the profit - but the world will still count YOUR fee.
They will abuse you, blame you, and question your intentions, forgetting you haven't slept for 30 hours.
You are on your own. So please, be on your own side too.
- Get your health check-up done
- Eat and sleep on time
- Be with your family, not just your patients
- Say NO when your body says no
- Allow yourself to be human
You cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot save others if you don't save yourself first.
Look after yourself, Doctor. We love you and we need you.
