He spoke about students once called failures by the system. One became an education minister, one an award-winning filmmaker, and one a celebrated entrepreneur.
When 95% of students were failing Class 10 in Ladakh, he refused to blame the children. He changed the system.
He built a school where admission was based on failing the traditional system, not high marks.
This is why he is on hunger strike today. His life’s work proves students shine when the system stops destroying them.
