Kids kindergarten class did an exercise about what they want to be when they grow up. Not one single astronaut. Look out for some stats later if I have time to produce them.

ChatGPT refuses to assign genders based on names for some info I want. What kind of joke is this? "I don’t infer an individual’s gender from their name, including for informal analysis."

Did they spend $10M? No, who cares....
The WHITE HOUSE VIBE CODED their website 😂 And they didn't even hide it Go to fraud.gov and tell me that is not a raw opus 4.8 output Every experienced vibe coder I know, knows how to make the output look more natural. They could have easily used the "make it look less like AI" line - and didn't We have amateur vibe coders in the white house lol

OpenAI is tackling some of the biggest problems in physics. I suspect they hired a bunch of scientists who are believers in the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics, and that philosophy is now impregnating the organization. Their new motto? “Shut up and reset.”

This along with the PHP news might be a good time to switch over to the light/dark side.

The worst thing you can do when it comes to time is arrive at the store before their official opening time. 10am means 10:30am. I didn’t know.

i don't really think 6.1 sol is all that token efficient. used over 30% today and wasn't a super heavy day. when they cut the plan in half i'll have to move off to claude.

My bot is bilingual and busy. Wish it would stick to English though. I mostly have it managing communications some of it autonomously.

Having a philosophical debate with my son. He’s at the age where he grades our cooking. I enjoy making him think He says the mini pizza gets an extra point if we cut it "Why doesn't it lose a point if we don't?" my challenge to him We need to agree on the terms before dinner

5 weeks into my Paris move.🇫🇷 It has been going pretty well with multiple initial calls and interviews set up. I got to the final stage with a company & focused on them but it ended up as a no. So now back to focusing on other opportunities - if anyone has any leads let me know🙏

I got a nastygram from an sdk we had a paid license for because I was testing it in another app on our dev server to see if it would work. After getting the email I ripped it out of both apps and didn’t renew.
A few years ago Autodesk audited my personal hobby Maya Indie license. I had to send a bunch of stuff, all of which was very goofy because I had it installed on one computer and had zero revenue because it was a hobby. I've ramped up my Blender adoption a ton ever since.

I don’t see how OpenAI survives when they cut everyone’s plan in half. Everyone just begs for resets and that’s how it’s managed?

That didn’t last long

If a former White House press secretary can jump through all the hoops and land a job claiming to be a lawyer, surely you, as a vibe coder, can just drop the “vibe” from your title and get hired.

It's obvious which people on this platform lack imagination.
