I wasn't at @awscloud when we launched #ec2Spot in 2010 - way ahead of it's time. But I'm proud of how it has grown to be a big part of many of our customers’ success in the #cloud Some others have noticed too! Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery 😉

AWS Batch is the AWS-native batch scheduler. You write job definition and submit those to a queue and Batch spins up compute resources as long as there is work in the queue.

Create your Amazon EKS nodegroup mixed with both OnDemand and Spot Instances and define different target tracking scaling policies on each of them. Less than 40 lins of #CDK again yet super straight-forward and declarative. Why bother using the console today?😀
