I'm so old I wrote that!
That's assuming it's the Windows version, which is the one I worked on. The Win9x game, art, and original code, were done by Maxis/Cinematronics. I ported it to Windows NT, converted the x86 asm to C, made it work on RISC, and so on.
Success has many fathers, and all credit should really go to the original designers... I'm just the fun uncle that brought it to the masses.

The CHOMA exhibit at #ASMicrobe showcases a selection of items with connections to some of the most important figures in microbiology's history—from Alice Evans, ASM's first woman president, to Joshua Lederberg. If you're on site, be sure to swing by & take a look for yourself!

It's the annual Roach Lab Halloween photo! 🎃 We had a ~🐟fishy~ situation with all the great costumes this year but we think our PI and undergrad Duc took the cakes! 🍰
Haven’t tweeted in a minute but really excited to be attending @UCI_Microbiome SoCal Microbiome Meeting today! 🧫 Excited for great microbe and phage talks that are already underway!

Web version now available via phagecompass (phagecompass.ku.dk/) or direct link ptax.ku.dk/
Thanks to @TSPKU the web-site is running a significantly faster version (will update git version soon)
Get rapid taxonomy for your dsDNA phage, at the genus/species level . From @TSPKU @remidenise . Dann Turner , me , and others not on twitter

Pseudomonas partners with Pf phage to build biofilms and promote antibiotic tolerance. Here, we explore how. Congrats to Kevin Chen, @cai_pam @PRSecor, @heilshornlab @ASpakowitz @ebburgenerMD and a terrific team science.org/doi/10.1126/scia…

If you've sequenced a dsDNA phage genome and want to determine if it belongs to a known genus or species, this is probably the quickest and easiest way to do it
Replying to @milja001
Provides ANI similarity used by ICTV to classify phages. Then extracts the Genus and or species information from the ICTV VMR . Provides output if phage is a current species, new species, or is representative of a new genera
