In these tumultuous times, particularly considering a controversial relationship with Donald Trump, Wayne Gretzky spoke out in favour of Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and their stance on the ban of Russia at IIHF events.

The Devils are so fun to watch, they just overwhelm their opponents at both ends of the ice, and the few chances they let through now, they have the best goalie in the league to stop them. They’re going to be a very good team this year, one of the best in the East for sure
Elias Pettersson is back at a point-per-game pace for the first time since signing his contract extension with the #Canucks ? But is it legit? I looked into his play so far and how Vancouver can maximize his value for @DailyFaceoff dailyfaceoff.com/news/elias-…

The #Canucks' Elias Pettersson is producing points at his best pace since 2023-24.
Is he back?
@scotmaxw investigates to find out – and ponders whether the more important question is simply: can he sustain this long enough to recover his trade value?

Bobrovsky and Roslovic it seems… although that play was all Matthews with the vision on the through pass
I’m not sure if the Leafs have been better this period or if Utah is just sitting back more with the lead
One thing that last Nylander chance reminded me of is how good he’s been at creating chances out of nothing in the past few years. Probably why he’s produced more.
Pretty much the only thing going right for the Leafs rn is that Bobrovsky is playing well tonight. Keeping them in it so far. Cossa’s been good too, especially for a game that looked like it could be a high scorer with both goalie’s numbers
The Leafs have been playing right into Utah’s hands so far… some forwards have been jumping the zone too quickly, and the defensemen can’t move the puck quick enough, and the Mammoth’s speed and forecheck has been all over them

How is it *this* that got me significantly more into this game?

I don’t promote a ton of stuff for my band on here, but we released our second album, “The Long Walk Home” today. 2+ years of hard work went into this, we’re super happy with the result, and hopefully everyone else is too open.spotify.com/album/1OkFw…
