Hey #GCDigital it was good to see you this week at @fwd50conf. There was a lot of interest around the work that we are doing to reform our digital funding model and how we have centralized assessment of digital proposals.

We have also started to look into fixing other structural challenges in BC (procurement, a Digital Code of Practice, in-flight assessment of projects, getting digital to scale) so stay in touch! #GCDigital
What I’m scared of is when the use of AI passes the uncanny valley threshold. When I can’t trust my eyes or ears because of things like deepfakes.
There is already convincing tech for real time voice changing that is close to uncanny valley. #fwd50
I’m at #fwd50 and hoping to catchup with the #gcdigital community.
