IMO @SecretNetwork should enable this as a service. The slide itself proves that this can easily be done and there's really no need for new infra.
a. Allow plugging in to individual Secret network validators, while segmenting keys
b. Run Secret as your own side-chain with a single node (or several - you choose).
So all of cosmos is getting some of @SecretNetwork functionality?
