I’m always confused towards Korra fanboys who suggest Aang would have been a terrible past life for her and she would have hated his output to her. Whether you want to take the show’s interpretation as canon or the novel’s interpretation as canon it’s still two of the same where Korra leaned into Aang as the one who helped achieve/found the strength with herself to get her bending and avatar state back. Korra would have absolutely loved for Aang to be by her side in that catalyst event.

I agree with both points especially since the creators themselves said they didn’t originally plan for a sequel. That said, I’d argue Korra’s Avatar State vs. Zaheer comes pretty close. The feats she was pulling off while poisoned and fighting for her life were absolutely insane
