Does anyone have any flash drives they’re really happy with for TeslaCam? What size is best?

Outstanding tech aside, it’s still unclear to me if they can sell enough units to make it a viable model. One potential scenario is adding an SUV variant to the same line. As iconic as the exterior design is, I suspect it’s before its time.
Tesla canceling Cybertruck reservations for right hand drive isn’t a good sign for the future of the product. I personally think they’re going to discontinue the vehicle all together. As advanced as it is, it needs a major reboot.

Not sure I’m ready for the holidays to start. But once they’re here, I’m all in. Anyone else like that? This year I’m trying to stay ahead of it. I just scheduled family portraits for holiday cards. I think I'm off to a good start. If you need a nudge, swipe through for November events around Colorado. Christkindlmarket, one of my personal favorites, opens Nov 20. Castle Rock Starlighting is Nov 21. What’s the one tradition that instantly gets you in the holiday mood?

Four offers. $18,500 over asking. This market is hard right now. Pricing and photos alone don’t sell a home. You have to know what buyers will pay for, and lead with it. Here, it was the finished walkout basement. All four buyers saw the same thing: a place for adult kids or aging parents. Room for family to live together, with some privacy. That’s what we marketed, and that’s what sold it. Every home has its own angle. If you want a custom marketing plan to get yours sold, reach out.

The lack of communication to original $250k roadster reservation holders and referral winners, who literally generated millions of dollars for @Tesla, is pretty shocking and disappointing. Kinda blows my mind.

I would absolutely buy a Cybertruck with this design language. It would totally crush it.

Fannie Mae's updated forecast for the quarterly average 30-year fixed mortgage rate: Q1 2027 --> 7.5% Q2 2027 --> 7.5% Q3 2027 --> 7.5% Q4 2027 --> 7.5% IF correct, it'd mean 2027 would have the highest annual avg mortgage rate (7.5%) since 2000 The average weekly reading since January 1972 = 7.68%

Motortrend has a really great article with some really nerdy Roadster specs I haven’t seen anywhere else: 🚀 THE TESLA ROADSTER: AN ELECTRIC SUPERCAR THAT CAN LITERALLY FLY? MotorTrend just dropped an in-depth look at Tesla’s next-generation Roadster, and the engineering is absolutely wild. This isn’t just about building a faster EV. Tesla is pushing the boundaries of what a car can actually do. Here’s what we know. 👇 ⚡ THE POWERTRAIN -Two rear-mounted electric motors derived from Model S Plaid technology. -Up to 1,500 horsepower and approximately 1,000 lb-ft of torque. -A combined output of 1 megawatt, with each motor delivering 500 kW. -A drive unit that Tesla says is 30% lighter and 50% more powerful than the Plaid’s. -A target weight of just 3,748 pounds. 🔋 BATTERY & CHARGING -Tesla’s proprietary 4680 cylindrical lithium-ion cells, featuring new chemistry and cooling architecture. -A titanium battery-pack cover designed for strength and weight reduction. -More than 100 kWh of battery capacity. -Estimated range exceeding 300 miles. -A claimed 10–12 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%. 🏎️ ENGINEERING THAT GOES BEYOND HORSEPOWER The Roadster features digital, by-wire steering, braking, and throttle controls, individually actuated carbon-ceramic brakes, and height-adjustable spool-valve dampers. But the Performance model has another trick: four electric fans mounted beneath the rear bumper pull air from underneath the vehicle, creating negative pressure to suck it toward the pavement. Combined with active aerodynamics, this system generates downforce that could help the car maintain grip in extreme conditions. And yes, the doors have removable glass roof panels. Take them off, roll down the windows, and you’ve essentially got a T-top supercar. 🚀 ROADSTER THRUST: THINGS GET CRAZY Tesla’s Thrust variant adds SpaceX-inspired cold-gas thrusters powered by highly pressurized nitrogen. The targets? -0–60 mph in under ONE SECOND. A top-speed target of approximately 383 mph. -Up to 200 liters of nitrogen stored at pressures reaching 10,000 psi. That’s not a typo. Tesla is targeting acceleration that would have sounded like science fiction just a few years ago. 🛸 ROADSTER ROCKET: YES, REALLY. The top-tier Rocket variant removes the passenger seat and adds another pressurized gas vessel, bringing total nitrogen capacity to 600 liters. Eight thruster nozzles provide different functions: four at the rear for forward thrust, two at the nose for directional control, and two behind the front wheels and two behind the rear wheels to provide downward-directed thrust for lift. The result? Tesla has demonstrated a prototype that can jump into the air using controlled bursts of pressurized gas. A car that uses rocket-inspired technology to generate lift and potentially perform aerial maneuvers. 🤔 HERE’S THE BIG CAVEAT These are extraordinary claims, but the Roadster is still a production-intent prototype. The performance figures are targets and manufacturer claims, not independently verified production-car results. Tesla is targeting production to begin in 2028, and the final specifications, pricing, and availability remain to be confirmed. Still, the technology is fascinating. Tesla has spent years advancing battery technology, electric motors, power electronics, software, and manufacturing. The Roadster brings many of those disciplines together in a halo vehicle designed to showcase what’s possible. Full article from MotorTrend: motortrend.com/news/first-lo…

The Denver market is showing some interesting trends this fall! Here’s a look at what’s happening across the metro area, including Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties. What does this mean for buyers and sellers? Buyers have more options and potentially more negotiating power as inventory grows. Sellers can still achieve strong results, but pricing strategically and preparing a home to stand out are more important than ever. In the luxury market, homes are moving faster than they were a year ago, even as inventory increases. Every neighborhood and price point tells a slightly different story, so understanding your specific market matters. What are you seeing in your neighborhood? Are homes moving quickly, or are you noticing properties sitting on the market longer?
