FSC has published guidance dealing with the UK law criminalizing certain choking, roleplay and age play content. While more detailed regulatory guidance is still expected from organizations like Ofcom, the law officially goes into effect November 6.

A U.S. judge has allowed FlavaWorks to subpoena Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and other companies in an attempt to identify users and admins of the now-defunct Gay-Torrentsorg tracker.
The subpoenas can seek names, addresses, phone numbers, recovery emails and recent IP addresses linked to the targeted accounts. The order covers data from January 2025 onward.
FlavaWorks originally sued 325 users but later reduced the number of targeted users to 39. The company says it already has suspected identities for many of them and wants the email providers to confirm who is behind the accounts.
FlavaWorks is going after email accounts rather than the more usual route of using IP addresses and ISPs to identify pirates.
