The @EUCouncil needs to start locking up willful disinformation spreaders in the EU and start imposing penalties for sharing and disseminating Russian lies.

The plane crash is the ultimate proof that we now live in a post-factual world. No amount of evidence or facts matter anymore. Everyone just makes up whatever they feel like and it spreads around the internet among the low IQ idiots like wildfire.
We will never recover from this anymore.
If your VERY FIRST reaction to watching a horrific Learjet crash is “That looks fake,” “It was a missile,” or “Where’s the debris?” then congratulations. You’ve just identified yourself as the perfect mark for every conspiracy grifter on the internet.
It’s the same breathtaking stupidity that gave us the 9/11 Pentagon “missile” and “missing debris” conspiracy theories.
A horrific tragedy unfolds before your eyes, and before you know a single fact, your first instinct is to invent a conspiracy. STFU & GTFO!
You’re not “just asking questions.” You’re broadcasting your ignorance, your gullibility, and your complete inability to distinguish evidence from bullshit.
And the people exploiting these tragedies know EXACTLY who you are. They know how to manipulate you, outrage you, and keep you coming back for another helping of manufactured mystery.
They turn human suffering into conspiracy content, and you eagerly spread it for them.
You think you’re exposing a cover-up. You’re actually exposing how easily you can be played.
The grifters have a product. You’re the customer.

My hottest take: religion should be disqualifying for political candidates. If you genuinely believe in magic and all-powerful deities, I don't trust you to have the intelligence or cognitive ability to make informed policy decisions.

There are only three options:
1. Putin has bribed Trump and enough senior officials in the White House so as to exert almost total control over the administration.
2. Putin has enough kompromat on Trump and on enough senior officials so as to exert almost total control over the administration.
3. Trump and enough senior officials are sufficiently ideologically aligned with Putin so neither bribes nor kompromat are necessary to exert almost total control over the administration.
It’s still baffling to me that the US chose to do deals with a shithole country with the economic output of Italy during August while pissing off the largest trade and technology block on the planet instead.
⚡️ BREAKING: Kremlin Announces New Deals with the US
Kremlin envoy Kirill Dmitriev said the agreement on Russian diesel supplies paves the way for new joint projects.
Dmitriev revealed that Moscow is already discussing other areas of economic cooperation with Washington on Putin’s orders.
The official also said Russia would overcome any sanctions-related obstacles to ensure fuel deliveries to the US market.
Last Friday, October 9, Trump announced that he and Putin had reached an agreement to resume Russian diesel supplies to the US and global markets.
The deal required Trump to lift some of the US sanctions against Russia that he himself had previously imposed. The agreement sparked sharp criticism from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European officials.

Trump could have had it all: a Nobel Peace Prize, low gas prices, and Iran on its knees.
Instead, he fucked everything up.
Instead of senselessly bombing Iran, believing in the degenerate idea that a zealous authoritarian regime would simply collapse if you killed its leadership, he could have:
1. Tightened sanctions against Russia.
2. Provided more military aid to Ukraine.
3. Combined low energy prices with the two measures above to finally bring Russia's war against Ukraine to an end and pacify Russia.
4. Worked with grateful European allies and Ukraine to form a coalition to end Iran's nuclear ambitions, instead of launching a war without a plan to secure the Strait of Hormuz and keep energy flowing.
Instead, he started useless trade wars with America's allies, without even having the legal authority to do so, cut aid to Ukraine, colluded with Russia, fucked up the global energy market, and drove up gas prices for Americans.
Now, in a desperate attempt to save his approval ratings, he's doing the exact opposite of what he should be doing.
He's threatening Ukraine with a cutoff of American weapons sales, undermining the American defense manufacturing industry in the middle of an energy crisis that he helped create.
And now, desperately trying to score political points, he's attempting to save the Russian energy sector and shift the blame for his fucked-up war in the Middle East onto Ukraine.
Buying Russian diesel will have almost zero impact on energy prices, but it could help Russia prolong its war against Ukraine for another year or two.
Trump could have strengthened America's alliances, weakened Russia, helped Ukraine win the war, contained Iran, and delivered lower energy prices to American consumers.
Instead, he's a complete fuck-up who is costing Americans and the rest of the world hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of Ukrainian lives, for no other fucking reason than his complete and utter stupidity.
