The digital utility and tools section is going to get a refurbished look soon, every one using context as the word will be more seen. But few are going to find ways to make it user friendly. Let the games begin.

@itsarnavb & @aryamman_bhatia have cooked tonight 🫡 tonight at @_lagrangepoint felt day -1 of the Indian Manhattan Project. What you see in the room are some of the brightest minds in India in their own thing, but tonight was all about chip manufacturing national sovereignty. They are looking for the best engineering minds to come to Bangalore, this December, and together, figure out how to do this. 2 weeks are tiny in the grand dream of building a national semiconductor industry, but it is through tiny steps than greater goals are achieved. I had the chance to talk to the team and the love the pour into this thing is endless: pure passion and soul. If you know anybody who should go, and if you support the efforts of 1.2 billion people, pls send this out or like and repost. 🫡

the first sale is always an assumption the second one teaches you something if you really are learning the third one gets you back to your place then in fourth when you know exactly what you are doing you keep going ..... until you are not learning in each sale....

A Bengaluru startup asks you to hand your car keys to a stranger. Its profit just doubled. @driveu_in supplies drivers for your own car. In FY26 it made ₹3.6 crore in profit after tax, up 109%. It ran over 2 million trips. It hasn't raised outside money since 2024, so the business is paying for its own growth. Look at what the product really is. It isn't a driver. It's permission. You're letting someone you've never met drive one of the most expensive things you own, sometimes with your parents in the back seat. Most founders treat trust as a line of copy. Put "verified" on the homepage, add a shield icon, and you're done. That isn't where DriveU's trust comes from. It comes from trip two million going the same way as trip one. Their NPS has stayed above 60. That consistency turns a one-time install into a habit. Here's what founders miss: in high-risk categories, trust isn't a brand cost. It's the reason growth gets cheaper over time, not more expensive. Your visual identity should promise exactly what your operations already deliver. Anything more is a loan you'll repay in churn. What's the one thing a customer has to believe before they'll buy from you the first time?

“Actually, in America, the reading of books is up. Sales of print books have increased nearly twenty-five per cent from a decade ago. The number of independent bookstores in the United States has climbed steeply since 2009, with a seventy-per-cent increase since 2020.” These nuggets & more in this delightful @NewYorker profile of James Daunt, founder of Daunt Books, CEO of Barnes & Noble, and Managing Director of Waterstones: newyorker.com/magazine/2026/…

Don't fail your customers, is one of the lesson learnt. Every user gives an opportunity to you to make them your customer, utilise it well. Still learning here. I do know there is a line drawn there, but for sure every user teaches few good items.
