Yesterday we had a brilliant conversation on building communication systems led by @selfineo, moderated by @Monchari_monchy and hosted and co-hosted by @janetmachuka_ and @ATCDigitalAcad respectively.
Key lessons that stood out:
1. Communication alignment reduces reputation risks!
2. Think about the end goal to ensure you have clarity on the how you achieve it.
3. Silence is a communication system, so does confusion.
4. Communication is not communication until the sender and the receiver understand the message.
5. Communication is an operational and leadership mindset.
