Your open rate is declining slowly. Audience fatigue usually, right? Wrong. Use AI to diagnose: "Here are my last 30 email subjects. Find the patterns I'm repeating. Not the exact words, but the patterns. Which messaging angles am I overusing? Which ones have I never tried?" AI finds: "You use 'problem + solution' in 18 of 30. You use 'curiosity angle' in 8 of 30. You never use 'permission angle' or 'identity angle'" Now you know you're stuck in one messaging pattern. You're just saying the same thing too many times. The fix: Rotate messaging angles. Instead of all emails being "here's a problem, here's a solution", mix in: Permission emails: "You're allowed to [thing they want permission for]" Identity emails: "People who [identity] do [thing]" Insider emails: "Most people don't know [secret]" Contrast emails: "Everyone says [X], but actually [Y]" Now you have 5 messaging angles rotating through your sends.
