I run a Roblox news account, and for months, my DMs/replies/feed have been spammed with people asking for help over enforcement bans they say are false
A lot of them only seem to get meaningful attention once a developer, creator, or large Twitter account publicly escalates the case and funny enough, some of those people actually do get unbanned afterwards lol
If these decisions are as reliable as you’re saying, why does public pressure seem to be what gets them reversed?
Saying “we use multiple signals” doesn’t address the number, not number but GROWING NUMBER of users who feel the only reliable appeal system is having an audience.

How many appeals do people have to spam before someone actually reviews their case?
How many days do they have to spend posting publicly just to get an admins attention?
And how many people are supposed to sit in complete silence and gamble on whether they’ll randomly wake up unbanned?
This should not be the appeals process, at all.

It is deeply concerning to look at the widespread data regarding Roblox Corporation this October. The community, major creators, and official consumer protection bureaus are all highlighting a massive systemic issue where automated bots are causing widespread distress across the entire global player base.
The facts from this month alone show a clear pattern:
1. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has officially issued an "F" rating against Roblox due to a pattern of complaints and over 5,296 customer reports being left completely unanswered by human support.
2. Official federal court records show that over 180 lawsuits from families have been consolidated in court, and major complaints regarding user protection, including significant actions in New York and Los Angeles, are moving forward to full trials.
3. Top influencers like KreekCraft have openly documented the new rogue "Enforcement Ban" waves, showing that thousands of long-standing accounts are being locked simultaneously due to automated system glitches.
This is a shared crisis for the entire community, where human verification has been completely replaced by loops of automated templates. A clear example of this broken infrastructure is account "uwusiaraxz". The account was permanently banned over a simple, neutral Polish keyboard typo ("jaap") that the AI blindly matched to an English slur, completely missing the language barrier.
Furthermore, a valid EU DSA appeal was submitted perfectly on time on June 7th (Ticket ID: 172054935). However, due to administrative delays on Roblox's side, the ticket was left unanswered for months. Now, automated support replies simply copy-paste a template claiming it is "too late" because 6 months have passed.
This is not a complaint or a conflict, but a request for fairness for the whole community. I kindly ask the @EU_Commission to take these widespread community facts into consideration regarding digital platform safety, and I hope @Roblox and @DavidBaszucki can allow a human moderator to look into ticket 172054935 to resolve this automated misunderstanding.

Roblox, I dont want to miss this event because of an unfair ban My account was permanently banned on October 13 for being linked to an account I dont own, and I cant even appeal because my ban doesn't appear under Recent Violations. Support keeps sending generic responses, and many other players are facing similar issues. Just search "enforcement ban" on twitter and see for yourself, I understand that not every ban is unfair and some people may be lying, but that doesn't mean everyone is. Many players have spent years and hundreds or even thousands of dollars on their accounts, Please investigate ALL affected players individually, fix your moderation and appeals system, and give innocent players a fair chance to recover their accounts. We just want to enjoy Roblox and its events like everyone else...

Roblox has terminated my account, VAC9, along with others, including 314ne and unbait, for terrorism and extremism simply for wearing the Limited item Moon Seeing Stars. This not the first time this has happened as others were terminated in the past.

There has been a growing trend of users reporting unfair falsely bans allegedly caused by AI-automated moderation, including enforcement bans, Child Safety violations, terrorism-related violations, and asset moderation.
Thousands of accounts may have been affected by these banwaves, with users potentially losing Millions of dollars' worth of virtual assets and purchases.
I sincerely hope Roblox will take a closer look at its moderation system, investigate these reports, and ensure that innocent users are not unfairly penalized.

This happen on August 18, 2026, my friend shared evidence screenshot of two players harassing them. (who's a condon players) At 6:31 PM, I submitted a safety report in good faith to help protect my friend. Just 7 minutes later, at 6:47 PM, my account was unexpectedly falsely banned under the Child Safety category by AI-automation.
My termination case is unusual. I only reported the TOS violations of their behavior. Furthermore, the Child Endangerment allegation makes no sense, my account is in the adult age bracket and has been strictly restricted from communicating with younger users since the June 2026 safety updates.
AI could possibly clearly made a mistake. I have the rule-breakers' usernames, this screenshot is old.

I’ve been seeing this happen to a lot of people, some of whom have been pleading on the devforums for months to get this issue resolved only to keep running into Roblox’s support bot constantly denying and ignoring them.
Deletion is scary as hell, and shouldn’t be used on regular people unless they’ve violated something super serious. Having no route to a proper human review is infuriating.

Roblox is doing EVERYTHING except taking accountability for its BROKEN moderation and appeal system.
With CHILD-SAFETY LITIGATION, STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS, and growing REGULATORY SCRUTINY, @Roblox is under pressure to demonstrate that its TRUST & SAFETY systems are effective.
But aggressive AI enforcement is not EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT.
When there is mass AI enforcement, FALSE POSITIVES can get innocent users TERMINATED, while getting a HUMAN REVIEW can be extremely difficult.
Roblox can report enforcement numbers and new safety measures, but those numbers mean NOTHING for users who are wrongly terminated and unable to get their cases properly reviewed.
If Roblox wants users, parents, regulators, and the courts to have confidence in its moderation, ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY have to matter too.
