in reality tho, if you are an acheron fan you very likely are a blade one too, bc of the numerous similarities they share story-wise AND aesthetically
like both are people that attach their value to being a living weapon, but still try to reconnect to their humanity with forming new relationships, putting them in a vulnerable position to getting hurt again, yet also being the sole thing that sustains their will to live…
this is also generally why I’m more intrigued in hsr’ story
they don’t shy away from politics, but more specifically, there is no “truly righteous” person among the cast, as much good deeds as the ae crew handles, they are STILL a political party, freely associating with the ipc
I mean lygus and his opposition with the other genius society members happened entirely philosophically
he really is just out there in the universe still
there are tons of disagreements throughout the story, I’m confused as to you not having experienced them that way
they fight for the protection of human lives, but they are by no means radical enough
mayhaps boothill would be qualified as the most radical person, with the goal to incite change
but again, this preference is very subjective, I just LOVE political tension as the driving force
